Delicious 😋 Instead of double cream, try using sour cream (Crème Fraîche) next time. Add it at the very end just before you serve 😁

You can substitute the heavy cream with cream of mushroom soap, less fat and taste just as good. I was surprised that he did not brown the onions first until soft. Also, this dish is usually served with noodles, not rice.

If wanting things not stick to the pan is to heat the pan hot enough then add the oil . Then it shouldn’t stick.

Lisa, I have some suggestions for you to make your TH-cam channel famous & you can start making money. I have watched a lot of successful TH-camrs’s videos:
1) you create topics for your videos, such as “Scottish Living in Hong Kong - episode 1”, “Scottish Living In Hong Kong - episode 2”
So on so forth…..
2) In those videos above, you can do one episode filming when you go to market buying veggies, and the difficulties you face bargaining with the the seller. Or you can talk about any difficulties you face everyday in Hong Kong as a foreigner.
3). On another episode of “Scottish living in Hong Kong”. - you can talk about the cost of living in Hong Kong? Film your house
4). Another topic could be “Scottish cooking in Hong Kong - episode 1, episode 2, so on so forth.
5). Or you can do real life episodes filming your day to day life, from when you wake up, and the stuff you do that whole day. People love to watch real life videos, film your dogs, your mom or whoever.
6). you can create a show or drama in your own TH-cam channel, maybe a comedy. you can also dress up and act as a sexy momma try to confront your son for not doing his homework (your dad could play that son role), be playful. Life doesn’t have to so serious sometimes
7) Invite other stars from “Come home love” to go shopping & go to market (film it all)
8) Talk to other stars from “come Home love” and ask them to promote your channel. Ask them to post it on their their social media.
9) another topic could be “Lisa - the Comedian” episode 1, episode 2, so on so forth. You don’t even have to talk, just do funny stuff , relax, and smile, be crazy 😜
10) Just relax, and be yourself, don’t be afraid to look silly, fun, or crazy
11) . another topic could be “Lisa - Pranking people from Come Home Love”. Episode 1 (pick one person from that show), and play tricks on that person. Episode 2 (pick another person from that show ), so on so forth
12). Please make sure you hashtags your videos, you want to get more viewers from outside (not just your fans)

Looks like something I have eaten before, in a very Chinese style western restaurant. Just similar, not the same! Onions and mushrooms are always the “best friends” of beef steak, I believe!
