Michelin 3 Star restaurant The Inn at Little Washington celebrates its 45th anniversary

- Decades after it’s humble beginnings, The Inn at Little Washington is still having a big impact on fine dining in the community where it set out to redefine country.
It's interesting, but it seems like the United States has three restaurants at three of its farthest corners with each producing similar cuisine, or at least cuisine following a certain type of vein. I'm not going to say that Blue Hill at Stone Barns follows the same Classic American/French inspired cooking as does the French Laundry and the Inn at Little Washington, but it too has the same country house feel to it with an emphasis on local, seasonal ingredients. Now San Diego needs a similar restaurant for the last "corner" (Addison is a little too Japanese-inspired, lovely though it is as a restaurant as I have dined there a few times).

From my last week experience, it is just ok, overprice restaurant with not very friendly service and ok food. Not even close to any Michelin stars, maybe from the toys story. We were disappointed.
