    In the world we live in now this is so over the top. The cost to go to this restaurant and stay at his Inn is just insane. Patrick maybe go a different direction like back to the beginning. I am someone who used to go there in the early 90's. REIMAGINE!

    Lol 3/4 of the world doesnt care about Michelin. Food is cultural. In 2009 Japan had very few Michelin starred restaurants, in 2009 they hired Japanese staff and overnight Michelin starred restaurants in Japan increased by 300%. Michelin is an example of cultural imperialism. Imposing French fine dining standards on the rest of the world.
