I had applied this trick to my hibiscus plant few days ago. All the Mealy bugs had gone but the mistake I did was that I applied only kerosene spray which burnt all the leaves. But when the monsoon begins new leaves comes out and now that it is free from bugs. Thank you for your tricks now I will apply only four drops of kerosene oil in half litre of water.

Yes, you may use This for mealybug or spidermites as well and at any time. Don't forget to spray under the leaves

I used handwash with mouthwash. It really worked. Even after months the milibugs didn't attacked .. I used it instantly after preparing it.
