i got dressed up in an outfit that i believe matches the dark academia aesthetic, turned on a candle, pulled out my journals and books, and started studying. i've found that romanticizing my responsibilities is the one thing that motivates me to do them.

i just want to say something here: after fighting during 2 years with depression i am finally happy, i realised it while listening to this playlist.
If some of you are struggling with depression, pls remember that even if you feel alone you are not, thousands of people are in the same situation, please never give up i promise the emotions after many years of constant emptiness is one of the best feeling you'll ever feel, it definitly worth the fight.(srry for my poor english this isn't my first language)

its my birthday today. it's calm, i feel serene. I feel like this playlist was meant to find me. as i sit and await for the time when i can break my fast i begin to think about my life a year ago. my relationships were wildly different than the current timeline i experience every day. many friends were lost and gained, childish infatuations swapped for long term love. i'm finally celebrating my birthday, happy. i haven't been happy in a long time. you know, you really don't realize it until you feel it again. as the school year begins to close out and the days get longer, sometimes i really do feel proud of how far i've come. i wonder what i would tell myself a year ago. i really don't know. i just hope that i can grow further. i hope i can transport the feeling i'm feeling to you, dear reader. to sit there with just yourself and your mind and feel calm and at ease. happy birthday to me - and i wish you feel the same on yours. ^_^

wow! its so hard to believe that its been a year since my last birthday. it was just yesterday when i met my first online friend at 14 years and now ive met many great people. looking back ive realized how much ive grown as a person, how much stronger i got, how diffrent i am now. it feels so strange. i wonder what my past self would think if they saw me now.happy birthday to me :)

She would probably cry as I gave her the biggest hug ever, i don't miss her, but with everything Ayami put her through I can't help but feel bad. Everything happens eventually though, it's gonna work out! I got out after 7 years, so who says others cant too? To anyone out there who feels sad, never lose hope

I love strawberry guy so much, I just spent the entire day with my friend who lives in a different country! We had so much fun, we bought manga, watched sk8, had pillow fights, i laid on top of him and it was surprisingly comfortable and then he absolutely crushed me, we ate watermelon and just had so much fun together. Now my pillow smells like him, I usually get annoyed when this happens but I'm just sitting here crying into it with this playlist... I have to go to another country in 4 days but I'm definitely seeing him again before that. He's just the best friend I could ask for, we laugh at so much stupid stuff and then end up laughing at each others laughs. I just got rejected and I don't feel like doing anything right now. I feel empty and I'm starting to think its better to just wait until the right one comes to me. Life has some ups and downs but they're worth it I'm sure. I'm playing games to calm myself at the moment. And its 1:33 AM and this playlist has helped me calm down a lot. I like it. Defo would listen again. I wish I was never considered weird.
