@@elbago3001 I don't know if you did exactly what I did, but I'm glad we're getting to common ground. Your point about consuming content is great. I'd imagine that's exactly why most of us came to that video. Not to get unsolicited advice from Mark. Unfortunately, he went on a long diatribe about his beliefs. Why did a lot of us stay watching beyond that? Most probably because they're funny in their content. People should not 'celebritize' others. Nor should they unwarrantedly develop impressions of them as role models. So I sincerely hope no one is coming to them to consume their opinions on things they don't know about. They should stick to what they do, developing content. If they want to branch out into being 'life coaches' or whatever this would be, they have every right to do so, but they should expect to be called out when they get it wrong.
@@pensivedot2142 even in situations where I feel like what I’m hearing is bogus in my opinion (which I didn’t agree with what he said in that specific moment completely) I still like the content because these guys are entertaining. That said, when I’m not clicking on an edited video about a specific point in a fully uploaded stream, I can just fast forward through it. But more than I dislike when they have moments like the one we are talking about, I like these guys overall and the message they stand for. I just think if I’m watching something I’m in disapproval of, while I can’t stop everyone from taking what they want to from it, I definitely control me taking anything from it. Ultimately, we only have our own peace to protect and that’s more important to me than hearing anybody’s advice, good or bad.
