unpair from phones
do reset process fastly, and you need to get confirmation as said in video
and again repair with phone

However after the reseting the light blinks twice however it is not resetting.
And under bluetooth settings I see two connections
One for left and one for right
I have paired both however I can only hear from one side.
I believe I should only see one bluetooth connection which should connect both earphones
Please help

Hi, firstly unpair the both left & right earbuds in your smartphone. Try reset process one or more time, confirm you get reset confirmed indication as mentioned in the video
