Bro you don't need to hard factory reset every time to pair
Just turn off your headphone and when you on your headphone to hold down your power button until is says pairing mode(Press for more than 5 seconds)

Use cable and plug
into computer and listen to something… then try connect Bluetooth again. Also make sure ur balance is middle of slider.
