Kim is an amazing woman and mother. I love how she spoke highly of CJ’s father rather than talk down on him. Words will never describe how grateful I am to have her and the Stroud family here in Houston.

I was really struck by how much CJ reminds me of his mother. His tone and cadence of speech is a lot like hers. Great lady.

I've read and heard of the Stroud family's stories numerous times, but hearing Kim tell a bit of it still brought me to tears.
Yes, we have a God who precisely brought blessing out of the brokenness. Where we fall, if we respond in faith and faithfulness, He will turn into something beautiful and nourishing.

She is an amazing woman. It would be so easy for her to throw shade on CJ’s father but instead she still speaks of him in reverence and honor. Her light radiates very brightly.

Mom is a ducking perfect soul in my world. I have taught my children to think in this fashion. I haven’t been the perfect soul but I’ve tried to be that person my entire life.

We had an Amber Rose sighting at work and the rumor is she is her to see CJ. CJ's moma better act fast! Can not have that trash around her son!
That was a one-time thing. CJ was being kind and giving her a ride to the hotel because her ride left her. No worries there.
This is interesting because I just saw a video yesterday talking about how Kobe didn't have much of a relationship with his father because he never approved of Vanessa(Kobe's widow). Kobe seemed surprised by the question asking about his father, and he spoke bluntly and said he doesn't have a relationship with his father, but that hopefully he will in the future. This was around 2011 I think. Kobe's father thought Vanessa was a gold digger because of her mother. So he made his position firmly aware, but that his strong disapproval only pushed Kobe away from having a relationship with his dad.
Personally, I believe Amber Rose is no bueno for CJ. I can't imagine Amber having any positive influence on CJ's life like at all. But I don't think it's wise to try to strong-arm someone you love you stay away from a particular person because more often than not, you end up pushing them towards the exact direction you trying to protect them from. Let it be known where you stand with that situation, but still be loving and respect their decision. The city of Houston must pray for his mom and his family, that they may receive wisdom on how to navigate any potential partners for CJ. Also, we should pray that God would protect CJ from the spirit of Jezebel, and preserve him for a godly woman that will help him draw closer to Jesus, not away from him🙏

I would like to know if all of her children are by the same man. She said that CJ’s dad went through substance abuse and ended up in prison. I wonder if he was selling and abusing of so why did she get involved with that type of man and have children with him? There is more to the story! Her bad decisions led to some of the families misfortune I bet!!!
You don't understand how many people are impacted by substance abuse. All socioeconomic groups have been touched by drugs

Clearly you were not paying attention. She said they had four kids..that means the same father. She also said when he went to prison the two oldest had moved out leaving her with three. So that means one of the oldest was his by another woman or hers but another man. She won’t be the first female that married the wrong guy and the kids suffered as a result.
