On our way out of the good old USA we take a moment to peruse our local international terminal duty free at Los Angeles International Airport, and we come across a pretty significant buffalo trace whiskey drop that included Blanton's, Eagle Rare and a very interesting Jack Daniels Single Malt.

So they had the Travelers Rare Breed for 58! I bought mine when leaving Canada back to Michigan...bought two of them...42 per!
I just got 2 Blanton store picks for $65 each and Eagle Rare for $41 in Massachusetts
LAX Duty Free prices are always very high. However, Blanton's price is lower than secondary market. I can find it at my Safeway for $65 on a semi regular basis.

When traveling internationally, do not fall into the trap of thinking that you should compare the prices to home. Think about the prices where you are going! Occasinally prices out of the country can be PROHIBITIVE. $68 dollars for the Eagle Rare may seem like a bargain when you get where you are going!

No one in their right mind is paying those prices for Blanton or ER in SoCal.
I'm already subscribed to a whiskey channel called The whiskey cove. I can't subscribe to another TH-cam whiskey channel that uses the same exact music, but doesn't have a face.
Does comparing the price to Costco really make sense? It's below MSRP because, you know, it's Costco. For example, BevMo charges $62.99 in Southern California, wouldn't that be a much better comparison? Also, you missed that the Eagle Rare is a store pick, which would justify a few extra bucks, but both are obviously too expensive. And you missed there's a Rare Breed NCF 1L. And you didn't even bring up Lineage, which is arguably the most rare bourbon in the video.
Came across this channel randomly. When did Wilson become a whiskey drinker? Hard pass for me.
