    The little silver ring in the rear under the A/C vents is a bag holder for trash when you have kids, never used mine. 2006 with 203000. Excellent vehicle.

    The square thing attached to the center console that flips up is a holder for a trash bag

    Always check the frame for excessive rust and check the actuator functions on 4wd models.

    • @realcarreviews6021
      @realcarreviews6021  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agreed. Definitely gotta inspect the frame for rust especially with that generation 4runners and Tacoma‘s. Thanks for watching in your comments. Please be sure to subscribe to the latest content. 😎

    Just bought one for 1000 bucks with 330,000 miles still running strong and smooth. It needs a valve cover gasket but previous owner said he doesn’t even have to add oil between changes

    • @realcarreviews6021
      @realcarreviews6021  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Valve cover gaskets are common to leak on almost every Toyota bill. The good news, like you said it doesn’t burn oil in between changes. Thanks for watching and your comments. Please be sure to subscribe for the latest content. Cheers 😎

      Congratulations on the purchase of your 4RUNNER! I absolutely love them and I’m confident that it will take you over 1,000,000 driving before it gives you any trouble. Thanks for watching and your comments, please be sure to subscribe for the latest content. Cheers 😎

    That little square flip up thing on the back of the center console when you're sitting in the backseat that you didn't know what it was. That is a trash holder.

      It’s funny that I worked for Toyota for 20 years and no one trained us that it was a trash bag holder! 😂 Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏼 Please be sure to subscribe for the latest content! Cheers 😎

    That's just broke in good dude!!:) Seriously - they can run forever if taken care of right.. and the older ones are FAR better than the new-- They don't have all the tech B...sh..t to tear up..

    • @realcarreviews6021
      @realcarreviews6021  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Absolutely 100% agreed. Yes 4Runner is just getting broken in and I agree that the older 4RUNNERS don’t have all of your lane assist anti-collision systems running. They are more simple and straightforward. Thanks for watching and your comments. Please be sure to subscribe for the latest content. Cheers.

    • @realcarreviews6021
      @realcarreviews6021  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for the compliment 🙏🏼 I have seen Corollas in foreign countries go over 1,000,000 miles more often than we see in the United States because they can’t get new ones. I believe a 5th Generation Corolla that has some basic maintenance can definitely surpass a million miles! Thanks for watching and your comments. Please be sure to subscribe for the latest content. • @realcarreviews6021
      @realcarreviews6021  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you are correct the - can be replaced within the first 10 years (up to 2017 on this particular 4RUNNER)They will not replace it beyond 10 years.
