The two cars glanced off each-other as she made a lane change. The EDR devices in those cars keep 15 data points up to 10 prior seconds of a crash. If not bypassed it will show the true speed of the Charger as well as possibly the boys cellular data. Just by the amount of carnage and ripping of the steel of the dodge charger, it as carrying the most torque and force momentum. E=MC2. Both drivers culpable in this one. The Chevy Impala had no fault in this crash. RIP young men. Speed Kills, always has and always will.

I once was on jet skis with a friend of mine when we were in our 20's and I screwed up and crashed into him. Thankfully he saw me coming at the last second and jumped off of his jet ski and avoided the impact, which shattered his machine and likely would have killed him. I went flying and hit the water so hard it knocked the contact lenses out of my eyes, but I was uninjured. We were lucky. Ever since then I've always been super careful when driving anything - cars, snowmobiles, golf carts. Heavy machinery at speed can be deadly.
