hi my frd have same problem he is tensioner bolt broken i remove it i put new one,,it commen fault .. bmw

In case of failure of timing, the pistons will collide with valves. Some engines are prepared with rocker arms that break in this cases avoiding the damage of valves. These rocker arms are not of this kind, therefore, in case of failure of timing, it is necessary to check valves, camshafts, rocker arms, pistons, rods, crankshaft, etc. Best regards.

+KURDISTAN uk The main mission of this 3er step is to "prepare" the bolts and the gasket for the final tighten (90º+90º) at the same torque tension (60 Nm). Of course it is advisable to follow all the steps of the tighten, but in your case we think that you should not have any problem because the final torque tension reached is the same omitting this 3rd step.

Buenos dias. Tengo un Seat leon fr codigo motor BMN. y acabo de rectificar la culata y cambiar la junta de culata. el problema es que cuando al final monto el eje de balancines que empujan los inyectores, el arbol de levas que esta en la parte de atras no giran, en cambio el arbol de levas de delante si. por si a caso saben cual seria el problema? los cojinetes de los arboles de levas tambien han sido cambiados!

¡Hola! Pruebe a girarlo sin colocar los taqués hidráulicos. Si no gira entonces es posible que la culata esté deformada. Si gira, pruebe a montar todo de nuevo con casquillos nuevos, tornillos de apoyos nuevos, y pruebe a girar sin colocar los inyectores. Si gira, termine la reparación y pruebe a girar a mano desde el cigüeñal con la correa de distribución colocada. Un saludo

@@AjusaAutomotive gracias por contestar. Con taqués hidráulicos, se refieren a los que se fusiona con las valvulas? O los taques que fusionan con los inyectores? Los casquillos estan recien cambiados.
