I love how real you are on NOT achieving all your goals. So much pressure of hitting your goals, hitting your goals! But dang, it gets overwhelming 😫. We have some what similar goals so it’s nice to see someone and use that as motivation. ❤
One of my goals this month is to launch my business website! 😊 I am currently finishing up all my product samples so I can take pictures for the site. Thank you for your motivational content!
Congrats on the new job! I still remember when you started doing Amazon full time! Time flies!! 🥳 I’m also starting a new job so one goal I have is to get myself set up better financially and to start saving more! 😊
One of my goals this month is to stand up more for myself at my workplace. Being the only female I am struggling with advocating for myself but I hope to gain the confidence and courage to change that this month
Dear Kaylan, thank you so much for creating these entertaining videos for us, you don't know how much I love watching ur videos and how much of an inspiration you are to me
I love how your space is turning out! Definitely cozy and clean and gives productive vibes. 😊 Hmmm, I think my goal would be to prioritize having self control (for routines and eating habits).
Hey Kaylan! One of my goals this month is to put more into savings, and another one is to also start morning workouts before work at least 3x per week! Love following along!
Hi Kaylan! 💕 August is my birthday month and I would love to stay on top of my health and fitness goals. Im currently trying to hit 10K steps per day (mostly on my walking pad) and strength train 3 times a week. 💪🏼😊
Always look forward to the monthly reset videos. One goal I have for this month is to keep our eating out expense low. It’s very easy to choose to eat out but also gets very expensive. I have been trying to cook more at home and only eat out one meal and one day a week.
I’m with you there! Especially after a long day it’s super easy to get take out. Meal prepping in advance has been helping me cut back so far in August!🩷
One of my goals for August is to remain consistent with my fitness routine while starting nursing school. Fitness definitely helps my mental health and allows me to destress while in school!
Love your videos! They’ve helped me with budgeting a ton!! One of my goals this month is to budget beyond my bills and expenses and put more $$ into savings! Also, 10k+ steps a day and to excel in my new role at work!
One goal I have for August is work on trusting my own brain, sounds kinda silly I know, but I recently graduated nursing school and I’ve been studying for my board exam and there’s times when I have an instinct about the right answer but I don’t choose it. Therefore I want to gain confidence in myself to trust my instincts. Also I just want to say I really enjoy your video they feel so realistic and honest and it’s nice see.
One of my goals for August is to be more consistent with taking care of my health. I have many health issues, and am fed mostly by a feeding tube so there’s a lot of health issues that are out of my control. My biggest health goal for August is to walk minimum 4 days a week even if they’re small walks. I think it’s super important to get my body moving, even if I have to start really slow.
My main August goal is to make a new bank account for my partner and I to automate all of our new house bills to come out of. (We just bought a house together and have been really getting into budgeting lately; your videos have been helping so much!!)
Goals-to hit the gym 3-4x/week, I’m 22 weeks with my first baby and there are so many benefits to strength training (as okayed by an OB) ❤ Financially-paying credit cards in full-we overdid it last month 😬 Feeling good about trying to achieve these goals 🥰
Hi Kaylan !! I purchased your budget sheet this year and have never felt more in control of my finances - love u and ur videos! I have a quick question about tracking short term savings goals. I was wondering if you can provide some insight on how to track the spending of saved money. For example, I set aside $250 per paycheque for 4 pay periods and have saved a total of $1000 for a vacation. Is there a way to track how much and where I've spent without making my net income vs expense amount change (since I'm spending money that I previously saved and tracked in the sheet)? I tried adding an income value of "Spent Savings" but then my income vs expense values are skewed and not accurate. I hope this makes sense, and sorry if there is a simple answer I am missing!! Thank you so much, love your products they have truly changed my life!!
Ahhh I’m so happy to hear you love the wealth dashboard!!🩷 Yep so there is a super easy fix to it. Put the amount you are withdrawing as a negative number in the savings category ex. Vacation: -$1000. This will add $1,000 back into your available spend without adding it to income. Then record the transaction as an expense that you’re going to be using the money for ex. Plane tickets: $1000 and the sheet will balance itself out! Does that make sense? If not, send me your email and I can make a quick video for you!
There is a bi-weekly one! For weekly pay I would suggest using the ultimate wealth dashboard and separating your income into 4 subcategories - 1 for every week!
A little bit of both truthfully! I’m saving all of my business income now which should help build my business savings much faster than before when I was also paying myself from it. This month my expenses are higher because I am refreshing on things I’ve been putting off, but after this month I plan on saving as much as possible from my checks too😊
My August goal is to be more consistent in the gym. I just recently stopped going to Orange Theory to save money because it’s 220 a month in Seattle🥲 I am transitioning back into regular gym workouts but it has been so difficult to be self motivated😅
OMG mine is $70😅 I 100% feel you there! It really is hard to just go by yourself. What helps me is telling myself that I just need to go even if it’s to walk in the treadmill and 99% of the time I end up doing a full workout lol! Getting in the door is the hardest part!
Congrats on your new job! 🎉 one of my august goal is to continue building the habit of paying myself first and setting my future self up for success 🫡 got a lot of catching up to do for my tax free account
one of my goals for august is to pay my tuition off in full for the upcoming semester. i usually am not able to but have been putting aside money from my summer income which will hopefully be enough in the end! (especially because i am also starting a new job in august.) 🥹
I love how real you are on NOT achieving all your goals. So much pressure of hitting your goals, hitting your goals! But dang, it gets overwhelming 😫.

It really does!! Setting goals and working towards them is much better than not setting any. Even if you don’t achieve all of them!🩷

Good luck in your new role!🩷

I need to get back into reading too😅 Let’s both try to finish our books this month!😘

August goal: low monthly spend month
Do you feel more free spending now that you’re working full time or are you saving more?
