the whole thing about satisfying your craving is so true even with healthier foods. loved this video and I love dark chocolate so much better tasting than milk or white chocolate.
I recently subscribed and I love this channel, it's helping me take baby steps into recovery myself. And seeing how many girls have bloating and similar issues with eating disorders, it's so comforting to know I'm not alone. And I do have two questions. How were you able to recover from your eating disorder? And did you notice while you had your eating disorder you were low in energy and depressed?
Brownie recipe : 1 cup cacao powder, 2 large ripe bananas, two medium sweet potatoes, 1 cup peanut butter add maple syrup if you want to make sweeter… mix in mixing bowl place parchment paper in brownie pan-cover whole thing and the. add mix to brownie pan bake 350 for 20 min! Cut into squares and Enjoy and freeze the rest ! Bake them to thaw them they keep great!
Yep. Eat the birthday cake! The real cake. You are never promised another. Also, get off the pill. It was something we all started taking in our teens and 20's, and it caused so many of us hormonal problems in our 40's. We are discouraging our grown daughters from starting. It's super hard on the body.
Thank you! And I agree with @Jule Böhm, once I gave in and accepted my extreme hunger, aka began to listen to it, honor it and feed it, it slowly went away and leveled out. Now I can listen to my hunger cues and eat a snack whenever and I don’t get as ravenous
I need help I am currently struggling with an ed I used to weight 115 and now I'm 89 and I'm a 14 yr old 5'3 girl and it's really hard because the only thing holding me back is my stomach and I just can't stand the way it looks I feel like it's huge and I just feel disgusting every time I put a piece of food in my mouth and even tho I've lost weight I still feel like I have a huge stomach pooch
I have been trying to lose weight, restrict myself to sugary foods, then i end up eating more and I haven’t seen any defined results so there is no motivation! Can you make a video on how to stay on track?
How did you deal with having to eat more than other people on the table while you were in recovery because you had to gain weight? Did it ever trigger you ?
It did at first, especially when people would comment that I “ate so much” and “I would gain weight if I ate like you...” when in fact I was gaining weight because I had to- but what helped get over it is just realizing they might not know what you’re going through, and if you explained to them, the comments will stop, also it’s totally natural to eat more than others, I found that my body gets hungrier some days and that’s ok too!

did you find that you gained fat when you first started recovering as you were trying to get your body out of starvation mode?
