  • The Harrier is the latest blaster released from Worker (2023). The Harrier is a short dart exclusive, pump action primary blaster. The blaster includes a wide range of "premium" features and sport a hefty price tag. Is the build quality and performance up to the task?
    This review covers an overview of the features as well as our standard testing procedures.

    Thank you for the video. I appreciate your extensive testing. Also appreciate breaking the videos up. Keep up the good work. Take care. Harrier looks solid. Wonder who will be king in this latest generation of pump springers??

      I'm super interested in their magazines. I'm all for the tactical reload that a skinny pusher offers but having both performance of a full size pusher and being able to reload while primed has me curious. Thanks for watching!

    Although we are bored of pump action springers, It is nice to have a good review non the less… have you ever thought of creating your own “Doug Score” (aka Doug DeMuro) it feels like these great reviews need a personal finisher.

      I definitely feel ya on the pump action springers! As for the personal score, I've given it some thought but I'm not quite sure on the parameters just yet. More research left to do before I roll something out. Thanks for watching!

    To address the quick spring change in the rear. I have the swift and the screw on the butt end would work itself out after an hour of play. I added thread tape and it slowed it down a lot, but I have to check frequently. So I see why they changed the spring access. Cheers

      Thanks for the heads up! I don't think I'll get a chance to review the swift but it does look like a fun blaster.

    Wonderful video! Just got mine in and I love it. So in your assessment, the short barrel, short spring, stock SCAR, and bamboo darts is the best of the best for 60 feet and under (assuming you want to stay at or under 200 fps)?

    • @backyardfoam
      @backyardfoam  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah thats what I was seeing! The included scar is a great include, I had to add a bit of tape to mine to keep from sliding off. I did see a massive improvement with a Scar that had bearings over the one that came with the blaster. Thanks for watching!

    Like @Foam Farm said, the overload of pump action springers and the lack of innovation design-wise has gotten a bit annoying, but performance-wise, every blaster hits hard with good accuracy which is awesome! I just want some more features or gimmicks! Good review as always though.

      I would like to see one of these manufacturers support there blaster with after market parts. Parts design for the blasters they create so we can customize it to our liking. Worker kinda headed down that path with extra barrels and springs, however we are used to getting those things from 3rd party manufacturers.The folks at Game Face released some cool files for the Trion that can be 3d printed that kinda scratch that itch.

    Great review. I am getting ready to move on from the CEDA S/Max Stryker/Nexus Pro and the Trion and Harrier were my top picks. I get where you're going with the end all comment about the Harrier, and honestly that's why I was considering it. I feel like if I was going to get something I would get something really great instead of getting ok ones and ending up owning multiples. But the Trion still has my attention due to it's design, weight, shorter prime and price. Tough decisions for sure.

    • @backyardfoam
      @backyardfoam  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Trion & Harrier are great picks. Both have features that set them above the rest! I would say if you have a chance to play with each at a local war that would definitely help in making your decision. Definitely comment back which one you go with! Thanks for watching!

      @@backyardfoam Watched both of your reviews again. I ended up going with the Trion. I feel like I’d get more use out if it versus the Harrier. The Harrier I still want to get down the road but I feel like maybe it hits a bit too hard for my use case. I like how flexible the Trion is.

      @@RayLancer good choice! I think I'm in the same boat. I'll pick up a Harrier down the road but for now modding and upgrading my Trion is going to be my focus.

    • @backyardfoam
      @backyardfoam  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I think with the right spring and spacer along with the short barrel you could probably get it sub 100. I'll have to do some testing the next time I have it infront of me. Thanks for watching!
