มุมมอง 1K3 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video I unbox and give my first impressions on the the BK1S by Zius (in collaboration with T238). This is the short dart exclusive AEB (Automatic Electric Blaster). No chrono numbers in this one stay tuned for ...

Dart Zone Stryker 2.0 - Review
มุมมอง 1.1K4 หลายเดือนก่อน
The Stryker 2.0 is one of the latest blasters released from Dart Zone (2024). This blaster, while in name, is the successor to the 2020 Stryker, think of it more like a combo between The original Stryker & the Dart Zone Tomcat. This release makes several improvements both on the performance side as well as the quality of life side of things. The big feature here is the ability to switch between...

XYL Unicorn VS Worker Seagull : CQB King?
Bro I appreciate the huge amount of effort it took to make this video but the most important part of the video when you start making the comparison and your preferences is at the end when you have footage playing over the top of you speaking so you keep referring to both blasters as this one and that one and this one and that one and it's super hard for the listener to even understand what you're talking about cuz you don't refer to them by name I'm sure it makes sense to you because you made this video but to anybody listening 50% of the time we have no idea what Blaster you're talking about
Yeah this was my first video where I put game play video over me talking. I definitely get your point. And I've got plans to correct it the next time I do a head to head video. Thanks for watching and thanks for your feedback it's greatly appreciated !
So just commented on your other video but I bought 2 of these trions and one of them is does this and one of them has a super solid seal so I had the same questions and wondering what the issue is. Also the accuracy o fth eone that soes it is worse then the one that sdoes not do this but both are nto near as accurate as my Xshot skins pro or my Dart zone stryker 2.0 so I was kinda disappointed with the trion seeing as some many have praised the trion. Maybe doing some mods will help with this and make me like it but currently I am not impressed with the trion. thanks fo rthe videos though as they have helped me answer a few questions that I had after having this same issue with the air leak situation.
So first I want to say thank you for this video as it answered my question I had. I just got to of these trions and one of them has a super tight seal no air leak at all the other one is doing the same thing your is when pluging the barrel you can hear the air releasing near the back of the blaster which I thought was a bad thing for sure. I will say this I am not as impressed with the trion as so many others are as the 2 that I just recieved are not near as accurate as the shot skins pro or the Dart zone striker 2.0. Honestly I am kinda disappointe in both of them I am hoping I can fid a mod or a fix to make them more accurate and consistant as well because some of the shot out of the barrel on both just kind of drop out and hit really low and then other will just fly left or right or go high. Very inconsistant in accuracy and the chrono numbers over a 5 shot group are not bad but when doing a 10 shot group there is a very big difference. SO not sure what to do with them right now. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
Trying to decide if the newer unicorn tactical out of darts combo deal is worth it vs a worker seagull. Only blaster I really own that kinda compares is a dart zone mk4
That's a tough one! I haven't tried the tactical unicorn yet but from what I've read and seen, it looks like a fantastic blaster. Personality I lean towards the Seagull even when compared to the OG unicorn. Unless you are looking for the smallest foot print blaster. All three are fantastic options and will fling foam accurately. The big question is which one do you like the look of better. Let me know which one you end up going with!
How do you like your mk4?
Excellent review. I'm hesitant to buy it because a lot of people have problems with this blaster, I'm thinking of Bk1s, not the old Bk1.
Yeah i had some issues with my original BK1S but out of darts replaced it and I haven't had any issues with the new one. Full review will be coming out in January
I disassembled the gun to take out crushed pellets and reassembled as shown but now the mag isn't attaching
Hey thanks for watching! I would say check the mag catch and spring. If those are not aligned correctly, it would cause the mag to fall out. Hope that helps
Hey dude I appreciate the guide, first time modding any sort of foam blaster, and I work on real steel all the time LMFAO 😂
Absolutely! Thanks for watching and welcome to foam modding!
Hello, where can you buy a tube that long? I just got into modding
The majority of this upgrade was purchased on Frontlinefoam.com. However, I would recommend using outofdarts.com if you are in the US.
@ thanks
I like the mirage and the pathfinder because theyre the closest we will get to a nerf X cyberpunk 2077 type guns lol😅
I definitely see that! I haven't tried the Pathfinder but the Mirage is a nice little Pistol. The size of it really surprised me when I first got it out of the package
What I like about the drum is that it allows you to use more worn darts that have softer foam. This is because they won’t get crushed in the magazine, and instead are in their little individual plastic slots. If you use the stiffer foam darts from Worker or Sabre, this isn’t a super big deal. But if you don’t have a lot of money to spend on darts and don’t want to lose your “good ones”, you can blast away your used DZ rubies and embers at close to 200fps without worrying as much about jams, squibs, etc. The main downside for me is if I ended up loading 3 drums, I don’t have gear that would hold them, since it’s all built for talon magazines.
That's a really good point! Picking up spent ammo can be a dice roll sometimes or even using club darts. As far as running extra drums on your gear that can be tough, I would say look for a dump pouch that isn't too deep and run one on each hip from your belt.
I can't get mine to fire😢
Oh not that's a bummer! Are the fly wheels reving up or what exactly is happening when you pull the trigger?
Great teardown, very informative.
Hey thanks! I appreciate you checking it out!
great tutorial 👍🏽 i just made mine and it looks and feels amazing
Awesome. It's a fun project and a joy to use in the field
Black stock goes perfectly with my red dot and underbarrel laser. Yes, I have a problem
Nice!!
I don’t even own a Striker 2.0 but I’m still watching this video lol. Wish more people did internal blaster breakdown videos like this! Great video
More to come in 2025! These are such a fun video to make.
I have noticed how your videos are really long and I was wondering what sort of watch hours have you been getting over say the past 1 month or 3 months of videos? I make shorter videos myself because I want to hold people's attention for more of the video. If long videos gets good watch hours though, I am interested in knowing. So I am literally asking, what is the watch hours on your channel in the past month? Or the past 3 months? Thanks.
Quick tip from another TH-camr called welcome at seven he just use the Dremel and just Dremel that barrel part and made it fit so that could be another solution if you don’t wanna pay much money for one of those ,just another solution
does the barrel of yours wiggle a little bit?
I didn't notice it at the time. I just grabbed it now and no it does not wiggle. I could see if the plastic around the end wasn't tight how it would. You might try putting a single wrap of electric tap around the barrel where it touches the shell.
Thank you for the inside look! Take care.
Any time!!!
that pusher seal is the same thing they have on the tomcat it looks like. that is where i had an airleak on my tomcat. to improve the seal what i did was add a single layer of tape(not teflon, but actual tape) on the inside of breach lip, where that seal fits around. that made it so it flared a bit more inwards and would hug the pusher a bit better
That sounds like a solid plan!
Awesome video. After seeing the new Colonel Wasp 77 I'm kinda torn between this and the 77 now
That's a tough decision! I haven't had a chance to check out the 77 yet!
17:45 Why did you say not to dry-fire? Would that affect the blaster’s performance?…It does have an air restrictor right?
I usually error on the safe side and try to not dry fire unless I absolutely have no other choice
@@backyardfoam Ok got it…👍🏽
Please no more editing. I'd rather watch paint dry.
I appreciate your feedback. I was trying to offer something I didn't see out there. Instead of editing streams, what would you like to see?
@@backyardfoam More mod guides.
Mod guides, got it! I'm not sure if I feel qualified to do that live. But I can definitely work on getting more mode guide videos in the queue! Thanks for your input.
@backyardfoam I've seen you mod before. You seem to know your way around inside a blaster.I can mode some although it takes me longer. I just wish I had gotten to it years ago. That being said I wish I had half the knowledge and skill as people like yourself, Drac, Naptown Nerf, WalcomS7, Luke and all the others have. You are young and have a God given talent to make and improve new things. Me not so much. So get to it. Have some pride in your work son. I quoted that last bit from an episode of Stargate SG1.I hate Coop left the hobby. He was good also. Anyway that's my 2 cents worth. Take care and God bless you and yours. James and Spooky.
Just picked mine up today man, Super sick blaster! I had to try it out in the Walmart parking lot I couldn't wait lol!
Glad you're enjoying it! I'm going to pick up a second, my first one is having some issues with power delivery. You'll have to let me know if you experience any issues with it. I really want this blaster to be my go to fly wheeler. Thanks for the support!
@@backyardfoam you’ll have to explain a little bit more about that, do you notice “not up to snuff” fps performance like it’s suppose to reach? Does it sound weird? I’ll have to keep an eye on it and see if it’ll have any similar hiccups
@Lotus_III so what I'm seeing is on AA my blaster will shoot about 4-5 darts as intended but then refuse to rev. I let it sit for about 30 minutes, and it will do the same thing.
@@backyardfoam I wonder if there's like an auto shut off on this blaster if it "over revs" or overheats. If so, I wonder if yours is acting up and such. Never seen anything like it!
@Lotus_III yeah that's kinda what I was thinking. I'll probably pick an extra one up tomorrow before I start tinkering with my original.
Sorry I missed it live, but I did watch the whole video later. Yeah, I think we may need a Midwest Nerf Dad squad at Maryland next year 😄. Take care, Joe.
I would be down for that!!
Why not use battery powered lawn decoration inflatables from ollies after season clearance for $4? No need for stakes, the air unit keeps it all down
That's an interesting idea & for the price that would be hard to beat! I'll have to take a look at their stock after the holidays and see if it would work. Good looking out!
@backyardfoam Who wouldn't want to hide behind giant sized candy corn? The noise of the inflation unit would hide a flywheel rev up, for sure, they're noises as hell
@MrAjusog it would make call outs much more identifiable! "Sniper behind Santa & Rudolf!!"
awesome video !! actually there are 2 short videos in my channel on how to use it feel free to check them out
6:38 the spring is too strong to pull by hand when uncompressed. so for the first shot, it's better to pull the trigger
Good looking out. I used TH-cam editor to remove that section of the video! Should update shortly!
Fantastic video man. Keep it up 💪
Hey thanks for the support!!
very cool blaster. and a curious child at 12:00 minutes lol
Thanks for the support. Yeah, the neighbor boy and his sister ended up coming over for a Nerf war with my boys shortly after filming this.
This one is on my wish list. Too bad it's not talon compatible though. Thank you for the video. Take care.
Highly recommend! The Talon thing bugged me at first too, however the zius mags are at least built well and can be expanded to 15 without any trouble. Thanks for your support!
Great video man I’m tempted on getting this in future
Hey thanks!
I have one of these and haven't played with it yet, thank you for doing the stuff I was too lazy to do and give added analysis with calculations
It's definitely a fun blaster and has some really nice features & Upgrades.
Love the behind the scenes. You put so much work in to your content production. I appreciate it. Take care.
Hey thanks for your kind words!
Thank you for the walk through. Gonna order mine right now.
Nice you will not be disappointed!
🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌
Will the worker 15 curve magazine with blaster too
Unfortunately I don't have one to test. Sorry about that.
This kit is really nice. Thanks for the video.
💯
I think this is a cqb uzi type blaster for tight cornering
Couldn't agree more! I've got a gameplay video about to release, illustrating exactly that! Thanks for the support!
I like the white stock better than the black.
Hey thanks! Seems to be a popular choice. I'm glad Xfox allows his customers the options on custom colors. Thanks for the support!
Dang you should have removed that red trigger lock while you were in there
It's on my upgrade 1.5 video. Along with dual action trigger mod and some other fun stuff. Stay tuned!
The target strike points are inconsequential as you either lower the front sight or raise the rear sight. The grouping is more important as a function of consistent accuracy
I'm confused on your comment, don't the target strike points make up the grouping? That's how I've always measured precision. I leave accuracy out of my reviews because that would require zeroing in the sight for each dart manufacturer. I find it's more beneficial for my audience if I use the same sight, aim dead center, and stay consistent on the distance to target between every review. But by all means, if you have a suggestion, I'm happy to hear it.
Why can't you see if there's a removal cap in the back? Just look, it's right next to you
Hey, thanks for the feedback and support. I made a decision in my reviews to try and keep things as close to stock as possible. The moment I start opening things up it starts to become more of an upgrade video. And thus I keep those types conversation in my upgrade videos. Otherwise my reviews start hitting 1 hour plus mark and that becomes an editing nightmare. I'm working on an upgrade video for the Stryker 2.0 now. Lots of good info to cover so definitely stay tuned!
Really love this kit! Nice review!
Hey thanks brother!
They should've added mag storage in the stock horizontally
Not a bad idea. With the stock having that green piece at the end, it would be incredibly easy to secure a mag holster.....hmmmm might have to cook something up.
I was too quick on the draw and ordered his first kit. I want to keep my Venom a pistol but I love that mag holder. 😄. Thank you for the video. Take care.
Hey Man thanks for the support! She is a super fun blaster that's fir sure! And with all the value included in the box, it's hard to say no!
@@backyardfoam agreed!
