Bed right by the walk way, A washing machine and cooking facilities would be good. Looks like they had the connection on the deck.
If I was there long term I'd need space to grow stuff and ideally a lap pool and gym.

@@MSWcryptoworker Good point, I forget there might be smells there.
I'm not so phased on water pressure if the system is designed well and has good flow.
Rubbish there blows my mind almost gives me heart arrhythmia or a stroke at the sight of it.
Internet is a very valid point "fast" isn't the same for everyone. Since the year 2000, 1000/500 with a ping of under 10 is standard here, now days 2000/2000 - 8000/8000 is fast for residential (we call it hyperfibre).

Having viewed many videos on rooms - $250 is high for that room no table and chairs, tv, sitting area or utensils. Frankly, $150 is about all it would warrant. Cheap as chips! Thus, you could buy a few bits and bobs still come out ahead.

Haha. You promised your next video would be a good one and you didn't disappoint. Can you just clarify if all the rooms that are 150 have a bedroom or if some of them are studios?
Also, in future videos when doing these kind of tours would you be able to a tell us the rough square footage of the units if you can get that information? It would be helpful to compare across the different properties.
And I'm sure you know but when you're listening with headphones it still goes in and out of coming through just one earpiece or both at times. No biggie but it would be a slight improvement.
Finally, just want to say thank you so much because this is helping me solidify my plan to move over there 10 months from now. It will actually be feasible for me.
Edit: I'm locked in at a great price here of $1180 a month with small rent controlled increases but I'd be living on less than that over there. Amazing!

Thank you. Linda and I appreciate you. As an American I would consider these studios at the 150 price. Rough guess are 650 to 750 sq ft. They did have a bedroom door on the 2 bedroom however It was rented at time of filming. As far as sq ft I have yet to see anyone in Cambodia know this including our own apartment.😂 I would say perfect size for single guy or gal or a couple. The ground floor studios have private patio great for grilling food. We are still working out the audio issues 🙏 Thanks for the feed back.

There's a large multi stage development near the Makro Market called Tourism City. It looks like it was a big development hit hard by covid, a big Hotel was being built there that doesn't seem to be finished.
