Yo! That's probably the best apartment i've seen so far in Siem Reap. Totally fits my style Edit: Oh nvm it's a hotel. When he said Apartment I got really excited.
This is actually a mixed long term rental apartment and short stays. They have about a couple of people staying here with annual contracts. If that’s the case, the rent is lower and you would have to pay for your own electricity and be responsible for cleaning.
That's a lovely setup! I had a fairly decent place on Street 20 but it wasn't as nice as that! Way to go! I'm looking forward to returning next summer!
Thanks! Got lucky with monsoon pricing too 😁 The pool helps a lot with the heat and humidity. Hope you find a great place when you come back to Cambodia.
Surprisingly not bad. I mean if you’re outside at night, you do get more mosquitos. But inside the apartment, I didn’t have issues. (I usually keep my glass doors closed, and I use bug spray too.)
Good presentation of the unit, i like this video. I wonder, is the water in shower also HOT ? Or only cold? Considering to rent this for a month stay in Seam Reap 👍👍 Subscribed 💥💥
Also i wonder about the Internett conection in the room, is it really fast/good for gaming/work? Does it have the Router in room so its possible to use cable?
This is one of the faster internet around Siem Reap. I’ve lived in another place and this place I can work from my room, stream movies from Netflix or play games on my iPad. The router is central and not inside the room. So no cable booking possible. Just a little reminder that there might be power outages in all over Cambodia that will affect the wifi. I had this issue once, lasted for around 8 hours with no internet. Something to consider. But it’s the whole city.
@@ljchosen Thanks for very good answer. This place looks like one of the best options on Siem Reap for sure 👍 Power Outages is horrible, hopefully they have generator for aircon to still go on. Can always survive without Internett for 8 hours, or 24 hours or even 48 hours, but no Aircon, thats hard man, hehehe.
Very nice apartment. His long was your rental deal for $320/month? Also, how much was your electricity per month? Also, was this on the pub street side of the river?
Thank you! 😇 The rental price was for the rainy season. Good for 3 months. The electricity I paid average $35 per month. (I don’t use AC the whole day) And yes, this is on the pub street side of the river.
I honestly have not inquired on the annual rent. The yearly lease would be likely lesser. And it’s about a 12-15 minute walk to pub street but you will be passing by the main bars and restaurants row at Sok San Road which is a bonus! Thanks for the sub. 😇
Wow! Thanks for the awesome video! I was considering staying at the Orientation Lodge. It's in my 'saved' apartments on my AirBnb site. I'm trying to get more information on it and BOOM! It’s called The Orientation Lodge. You can find them on Airbnb or google them it will show you the links as well. I usually walk to the main town, it’s about a 12-15 walk but you’ll pass by a lot of restaurants and bars so it’s not a boring walk.
Hello sir, I have few questions - I am going in to this accommodation in winter and will be there for 4 months - It said room 2, so its probably the one next to yours. Do you pay extra for electricity? What are rules for visitors? (no party, just to eat food with local friends together once in the while). Thank you!
