A couple of us got together and helped declutter, clean, and organize an apartment for a friend who was very ill. Prior to her illness, she had admitted she had a hoarding problem. A week later, when we all visited, she had pulled out everything and it looked like we’d never been there. We had worked on her place for two days. Seems like this person could do with someone coming in regularly to clean so that it’s kept to hygienic standard what with the elderly dogs and her not being home as much. You did a good job giving her a clean reset.
I agree. I do know that Alexis, the gal that was helping me, is planning on checking in on her from time to time and wanted to get back over there to help her get her bathrooms clean and I'm sure she'll let me know if more help is needed. Thanks for watching!

This is amazing! You have no idea how much this helps people. We don’t know what people go through in life, and we ALL need help at times. I moved in with my Father after my Mother passed away in 2020. All of my stuff was just thrown into my parents’ home. I work and have a disabled daughter. I haven’t had the time or motivation to go through my things, and it drives me crazy. Watching this shows me that there is hope! ❤ You’ll have jewels in your crown!
It means a lot to me to hear stories like this because I know you totally understand how a person's home can become like this. There are countless ways this can happen. I'm sorry to hear of your struggles. I'm glad you are feeling more hopeful though!
Knowing what it is going to look like in the end keeps me motivated. Now, if only I could get that motivated to make my bed every day! It's funny that I can tackle something like this, but making my bed seems like an impossible task sometimes.😄
I was having a lot of breathing issues back in 2021. In February 2022, I decided to do something about it, and I went cold turkey on sugars, refined carbs (bread, pastries, crackers, pancakes, pasta, etc.). Since I've been following a low-carb diet, I've lost 50 pounds and my breathing is 1,000% better (sugar causes your body to retain water, which builds up around your lungs and causes shortness of breath). Bonus: I have a lot more cabinet space, since my cabinets are no longer filled with all of those boxes and bags of carbs. Jill, consider giving it a try! Check with your doctor first, of course.
Thanks so much for sharing!!! I have long covid & have found cutting sugar/carbs helps me breathe as well. If you can't breathe, nothing else matters! Plus, sugar is poison & it is literally killing us.
Please, please, please go onto a whole-food, plant diet from there… you have gotten rid of the junk from your diet BUT you now need to get more fibre for gut health.
My diet has plenty of fiber in it from whole vegetables. We don't need to alarm people by suggesting that veganism is the only way to get fiber in their diets.
I am stunned on how much improvement you made in such a short time! The lady has got to be so grateful for the help. You have a subscriber in me! Thanks for being so sweet to the dogs as well!

Hello, I just stumbled across this video and love it! Thank you for showing the beautiful doggy such compassion, your kindness to it and lack of judgement for its potty accidents made me a subscriber 🥰
Thank you for that quote at the beginning! I too have had a lot of health issues in tha past 10 years, and struggle with pain daily. I have pretty bad depression, which I know would be better if I could just get some things cleared and cleaned in my home. I'm working on it, but it seems like "one step forward, two steps back". Oh well,...I'll get there eventually.
Oh man, I so wish I could come help you! It's really hard to get motivated to do it by yourself, especially when you have health challenges! Best of luck to you! 🙏
She lived there one year? Wonder how many people are needing help like this that aren't getting it? Maybe there needs to be some hotline to call for help before it gets like this? Nice that you are helping her. Hope she heals soon.
Yes, and as far as I know, there aren't really resources for stuff like this other than to have family or Friends help, but sadly in a lot of these situations, they have burned out friends and family due to their issues. I'm trying to be a little part of that solution, but wouldn't it be great if there was a program that helped people in hoarding situations or in homes where there has been a lot of trauma and it's hard for the family to function and their house falls behind?🙏
I feel like I can kind of tell who is going to keep it up and who will let it just get back to the way it was. Sadly, I think this home is one of those that will probably go back to the way it was because this was very early in my new venture and I didn't require her to help with anything. She was usually at work the days that I cleaned there. I am now trying to require that they help at least a little bit, even if they can only help for a couple of hours, but just to be part of the cleanup process so that they start to form new habits and also are just a participant in the process.
I do struggle with where to put stuff sometimes, but I usually set things aside if I don't know what to do with them and by the end of the day, I have either found a spot for it or I leave it somewhat organized in a box for the homeowner to go through.
Such a blessing to have someone give a help like this when there is an issue. Depression and life struggles can cause this type of problem. Please Jill look into counseling and find a way to share your grief and the stresses you are experiencing, it should help. Just allowing someone to give you assistance is a great show of strength. Good job everyone. ❤
There has to be other mental health issues because these situations just don’t happen to get in that state in a small time frame. Thank goodness ur willing to help. Bless you for this being ur passion 😊❤☝️
Through listening to people after trauma and loss I think holding on to things and sentimental items gives you some control and you are scared to lose anything or anyone else. You never want to feel that grieving pain. We were hard-wired for human connection ❤
Scrub mommy all the way. I especially love the white one. You can easily tell if it’s clean when it’s white again and amazingly, it doesn’t stain! The smile by the sink poking out makes me smile also
Thank you for what you do. Sometimes it's very hard to ask for help because you feel like you're being judged. So, I just so glad that you help others without judging them. Your videos are also helping me to stay motivated and not to give up on my own home. situation.
It's definitely human nature to judge others. I'm not perfect at it, but it sure helps to see people from all kinds of situations. I'm so glad my videos help you stay motivated!
I am Bonnies husband and this comment cracks me up! When we were dating back in 99 I didn’t have a cellphone. With the old school caller ID, I could see she would call me but would never leave me a message. When I asked her why…”Ugh, I HATE my voice!” If you love her voice, you should hear her laugh. It’s adorable. 😊
Uh, yeah. That's a word I would have never used to describe my voice. LOL! It's part of the reason I was so hesitant to start this channel. I have a hard time just speaking in general and the sound of my voice makes me cringe. But I'm starting to get used to it. Thanks for the confidence boost!
I really like the music... it has got a relaxed vibe and sort of draws me along with it's energy. I wouldn't not use music. People can mute if it bothers them
I think more people are liking no music, which is why my latest video doesn't have any. It actually makes it a lot easier to not use music, but I might still throw in a little bit of music here and there if I have time. Thanks for the feedback!
I felt sorry for this lady. She seems to be completely overwhelmed. I hope she learns to look after herself and begin a life of looking forward to a different future and putting her needs first. Well done. Great organising and cleaning as always. ❤
Thank you, Patricia. This is a video I would love to post again with new narration and an update...and NO MUSIC! I can't believe I used to put music in my videos in the beginning. It was really to fill some of the time because I was so shy and didn't know what to talk about when I first started, but I've come a long way since then. I know I can't redo every video from those beginner days, but I have a reason I want to redo this one. I heard through the grapevine that this lady was evicted about 9 months after I helped her and it makes me sad, but it was also a confirmation to me that the homeowner's really need to have more involvement with the cleanup. Other channels who do this might not care what happens after they leave and I can pretend I don't, but that's not true. This was the first home I cleaned where she wasn't there for almost any of it, which was nice in some ways as I could get more done, but it also didn't TEACH anything. I simply gave her a cleaner home for maybe a couple of weeks. Honestly, though, I think she should have been in an assisted living or something because she was in such poor health that keeping up any of this would have been difficult. Anyway, that was a long ramble, but I don't get new comments on my older videos very often and I've been thinking about redoing this video recently, so I saw your comment and just overshared my thoughts. LOL!
@ if you hadn’t helped her you would have felt a lot worse. It really didn’t surprise me that she couldn’t change. She needs CBT or at least someone who is in a position to guide her through the transition of moving from a home into her own home. Learning that you can’t save them all is difficult when you are such a caring person. When you wipe your feet on your own doormat think of it is wiping away the day and leaving it behind you. Letting go and allowing people to make their own mistakes and decisions good or bad is part of life. You give so much but don’t give everything because you will never win that battle. You do an amazing job. You should be very proud of yourself. ❤️
That Katie is the cutest, nosiest little old lady ive ever seen lol 😂. She had to know what you were doing every step of the way 😍 Amazing work. The place looks absolutely beautiful and now she has easy access to so many of her things.
Someone may have already mentioned this but whenever you come across melted wax from candles or scentsy wax just use a blow dryer on it for a little bit and it'll heat it up and it comes right up 😊 Just a thought instead of scrapping and scrubbing. Great work that you do, very inspiring!!!❤
'Thank you for sharing this very enjoyable cleaning video! Very well filmed and narrated. I personally find that the music bothers me but I realize many people like it. If I don't like the music i just put it on silent and enjoy reading the narration. I admire your willingness to help those that need help, housekeeping gets alot harder as you age or if you have a disability. I also like the power paste, it works best as a polisher for appliances, sinks, tubs, etc. I have seen others use it to clean stains on walls. I find it expensive so I don't use it on everything. I don't believe it was made for cleaning wood. Anyhow, my best wishes on the growth of your channel, it is GREAT!!! I subscribed today.
Thank you for the feedback. I am trying out different things with the music just to see what people like, but I may try some videos with minimal to no music. Oh, and I did actually Google if Power Paste could be used on wood before I did this because I was unsure also, and it said that it could be used on finished wood. So, there ya go...another use for Power Paste. It is expensive though. I do find it goes a long way, however. Thanks for watching!

Uh, yeah. That's a word I would have never used to describe my voice. LOL! It's part of the reason I was so hesitant to start this channel. I have a hard time just speaking in general and the sound of my voice makes me cringe. But I'm starting to get used to it. Thanks for the confidence boost!
Wow, what a big job! Well done!
Thank you!
Katie the supervisor 😂❤
You're a miracle worker, truly. I hope she is able to maintain it now and keep the walkways and doorways clear for emergencies 🤞🤞
Me too!🙏
You are a saint. Thank you for doing this for her.
You are a hero Bonnie, I'm glad that you are helping those in your community!
I like the way you clean, you did an amazing job, thank you for sharing this is so relaxing for me.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
She had to know what you were doing every step of the way 😍
Amazing work. The place looks absolutely beautiful and now she has easy access to so many of her things.
Right?! She was a sweetheart. ❤
Amazing transformation!
Thank you!!
You did a wonderful job of cleaning and organizing, for this lady. It will be so much easier for her to keep it up on go through. 😊
Thank you so much!
Great work! She must be so happy to have a tidy, clean space 😊
What a great transformation! You are such a blessing to help folks get a fresh start.
Thank you so much!
Wow! You did such a great job here for a sweet lady who needed help! I appreciate all the work you do for others! ❤
Thank you so much!
Wow!! What a transformation!! So amazing!!
Thanks for watching, Courtney!

Thank you, Steve!
You’re doing great every video is better and better! And what you are doing is helping people who need it most!❤❤❤
Thank you so much!!
This is such a kind thing you do
Thank you, Rachel. That's so kind of you. 🙏Merry Christmas! 🎄❤️

Wow, thank you so much! And welcome!
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp Thank you for the welcome! I’m a fan, finished watching all your videos, feeling motivated, so I’m off to my kitchen to clean out my fridge!😁 BTW, could you demonstrate in real time how you folded the fitted sheet. My jaw dropped at how neat it was when you finished, but it was in turbo fast motion!😆
So glad to find your channel.
❤️
@@ItzMzJulez2U I'm thrilled you actually noticed that! Folding fitted sheets is my superpower! I am planning on doing a video that includes how I fold fitted sheets because it's one of my favorite things to do. So, stay tuned. I already have the next two or three videos planned out, but I may add that in as a bonus video mid-week sometime soon. Now, GO CLEAN!! I LOVE THAT YOU'RE MOTIVATED!
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp YAY! I’ll look forward to that, and all your upcoming videos!❤️✝️❤️
This looks so much better now
I’ve loved all your videos so far but I particularly love the editing style you’ve created with this video - all the different angles and time lapse, the split between different areas, and the talk overs to explain products you’re using etc! Amazing hard work helping others - the floor cleaning was so satisfying especially with the squeegee! 🤩 it’s amazing what you do to help others thank you ❤
Look at all that floor space! Good job. Your Oregon Viewer.
Thank you, Oregon!😋
I enjoy watching you clean.

You transformed the space!!
Trying to watch all your videos. Learning a lot❤❤❤❤
So nice of you to watch all of them. ❤❤❤
I just found your channel….and would have been more likely to subscribe, but I couldn’t get passed the music. It was too loud and drowned out your quiet voice.
Thank-you for helping people.
Keep trying, she's still learning the music stuff. :) It's quite tricky!
Thank you for replying to these comments for me @cookwitchcreations5755! I appreciate your support!
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp no problem. People just need patience, and to adapt. Good luck with everything!

Yes! I wish I could go that fast cleaning in real life!
Just Wow. Amazing work.
Love your videos and the work you do! But one suggestion 😁 Please put the dogs away in a different room when you mop so they’re not walking through those chemicals ❤️
