My cousin Townes Van Zandt also recorded this song. It is one of my all-time favorites. Samantha does an excellent job and fully demonstrates her versatility as a consummate artist.
When Samantha Fish lets her voice uncoil, you almost forget that she's one of the best guitarists walking around.
And when she really lets go, you forget how good her voice is because the soul is so profound.

I know that Jagger & Richards wrote this song, but Ive personally always considered it to be a Mick Taylor song, due in no small part to his magnificent guitar playing on it Needless to say, I believe Mr Taylor would be extremely pleased with Samanthas take on this classic

My bad luck not to have found out about Samantha eight years ago. Better late than never. Years ago I played with Ron Artis and he was this good but he couldn't sing. Somewhere along the line he quit playing. I never have but the arthritis has slowed me down.
