    요리관련 채널이 엄청나게 많은데도
    자취생에겐 하루한끼만 찾아 보게되는 이유가
    정말 집앞에 동네마트에서 흔히 구할 수 있는 재료들로만 할수있게 보여주기때문인듯,,,,,,,,
    알리오올리오가 급땡겨서 처음으로 찾아보고 하려는데
    다른 채널은 파스타면부터 다르고 처음부터 당장 구할수없는...대형마트에나 가야 구할수있는.. 재료들을 보는순간 바로 뒤로가기 버튼 누르게 되는데 하루한끼는 정말 재료들 부터가 친구같음 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 위로받는기분

      인정하긴 싫지만 낼모래 마흔되는사람입니다
      어렸을때 아빠가 콧노래부르며 어설픈요리를
      해주신기억이 있는데.. 정말 흔하고
      평범한요리였고 맛도 기억안나지만 그장면만은 이상하게 시간이 지나도 안잊혀져요 ㅋ

    우리나라에선 서양 마늘에 비해 향이 덜한 '소프트넥 마늘'이 시중에 대부분이기 때무네, 편마늘과 함께 빻(!)은 마늘도 넣어주면 더 향이 죠습니다!
    알리오올리오의 핵심은 첫째도 마늘향 둘째도 마늘향이기 때무네, 빻(!)은 마늘 사용은 매우 중요함니다!

    진짜 너무 쉽고 빠르게 완성돼서 별 기대 없이 한입 먹었는데 진짜 너무 맛있어서 깜짝 놀라서 바로 댓글 답니다ㅠㅠ 저는 페퍼론치노가 있어서 넣었는데 증말 칼칼하면서 마늘맛과 베이컨향 그리고 올리브오일의 조합,, 완벽,, 저는 식당에서 알리오올리오 시켜먹으면 맨날 남은 소스랑 마늘에 밥 말아먹고싶다 하면서 거의 설거지 정도로 그릇 비우고 나오는 사람인데요. 집에서 해먹을땐 그런 맛이 절대 안나더라구요ㅠ 근데 이건 거의 비슷해요 싱크로율 90프로 정도? 이렇게 간단한 재료로 빠르게 이 맛을 느낄 수 있게 해주셔서 정말 감사합니다ㅠㅠㅠ

    전 파스타에 항상 양파를 넣는데 생각보다 식감좋으니 한번 넣어보세요~^^ 마늘은 편하려고 간마늘만 썼었는데, 다진마늘 듬뿍이 넘 맛나보여요~~~😄

    와 역시 한국 사람들은 마늘을 정말 좋아해요 ㅋㅋㅋ
    저는 이탈리아인이고 한국음식을 사랑합니다! 근데 제가 된장찌개를 만들 때마다 우리 동거인들이 냄새 때문에 부엌에서 안 들어가요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 많은 이탈리아 사람들은 마늘과 양파 냄새를 싫어합니다... 아 슬프네요.
    다음에는 베이컨 대신 통조림 멸치를 넣어 보세요! (이탈리아인들은 캐이퍼도 넣지만 한국에서는 비쌀 것 같아요)

    For those who are bewildered by the amount that was put in the pasta in the video ..
    Korean garlic doesn't have that strong a flavor as Italian or American garlic.
    So putting in extra minced garlic was actually a very good idea.
    However I would have used minced garlic only to begin with.

      @@rekha1035 I think adding bacon is a great idea. In Italy we typically will have it with some meat on the side, be it chicken, pork, anything, but his way of doing is definitely approved by me.

    I am Italian and I would like to leave a suggestion: while the pasta cooks in the pot with salted water, prepare the sauce and put the drained pasta immediately in the pan do not let it go so long, so you do not need to keep the cooking water aside. I know that you have to add to this step for shooting reason but believe me the pasta will have a different consistency and will be testier!

      @@Shurtugl we cook pasta every day, usually for lunch, at least at my home I eat it only for lunch. also I live in Emilia Romagna region of fresh egg pasta and often we do it at home my grandmother and my mother taught me. Pasta is part of our culture because every Italian region has its own typical pasta. But for the pizza I can't help you I don't know how to do it.
