Idiot Stands on Railroad Tracks waiting for train to pass!

I did not attend to make this video but with so many requests I finally post the video. CSX M409-19 was slowly moving past Ashland station at 6pm when I found a dummy in the distance standing on the track waiting for it to pass just after Amtrak P091 clear Ashland. Idk this guy had to do what he was doing in the video but tell me what you guys think in the comments below.
