After Amtrak 125 arrived then left the station Amtrak crew moved almost any traces of Amtrak property. What’s left at least for the night I was there was some signs inside and outside the station. On early August 2024 Amtrak officials announced that the Warwick Blvd Amtrak station is shutting down for good and will move their passenger operations at 500 Bland Blvd. Just a bit more than 8 miles way. Csx C754 made it to providence forge early morning for it to tie down at the side track there till 5pm. After Amtrak P186 passed C754 crew was OD and got started. With ease C754 cleared providence forge just after 5:12pm then made it to Toano at 5:38 then clears Lee hall Depot at 6:12pm then stopped at Oriana siding just after that. C754 didn’t make it to NPN till 11pm. 8/17/24

Csx C103 makes its way down the peninsula subdivision by the afternoon at Richmond then down at Norge it had to wait on two Rock trains going Westbound. Then C103’pulled out of providence forge then by Toano then by Lee hall with the Chessie system Caboose. Then had to stop at Oriana siding for Amtrak 99 Northeast Regional to the old Newport News Station. By the evening. 8/1/24

I did not see M409-27 with the three U.P. Locomotives at Ashland but it did manage to catch S558-26 to (fort Eustis) Newport News, VA. I tried to chase S558 all the way to Newport News but it sat at Acca Yard for hours at a time and I had work the next morning so it was a no for me. 6/29/24
