Is this guy insane? He just told anyone looking to move to CLE that the top 3 cities are Maple Hts, Garfield Hts and S. Euclid! I’m pretty sure no one is looking at home appreciation values for those 3 cities. Murder, rape, burglary maybe but not home appreciation.
Just moved to Bedford and let me say, if you want an affordable and safe place to live in Cleveland that’s got great highway access, check it out. It has so much to offer!!
Not really in my backyard (downtown Bedford) they do have random festivals which is cool and a couple cool shops but outside that there is little to nothing to do in Bedford but it is diverse and affordable
what can you tell me about HOA's? Are they common there? What areas have the most which have the least? Are they authoritarian where its grandma complaining about what color door mat you own? Or are they more like Texas where they just want u to keep things clean but still let u live your life and fix up the house how you want?
Hey! it just depends on which HOA you buy a house in. They are common but they're usually not super strict, a door mat color would never be called out. Most just have building restrictions but most are relaxed, they do however require HOA board approval for certain changes to be made.

I don't wanna completely destroy the place. But I'd like a firehouse red garage door, put up a fence, plant a garden in back yard, and upgrade kitchen. Possibly knock out a decorative wall so more "open concept". I hate it went dining room, kitchen, and livingroom are all separate rooms. It seems claustrophobic and grandmay to me.
@@laverdadbuscador Parma doesn’t really have HOAs so I wouldn’t worry at all if you’re looking there. You’ll be able to do whatever you want with your house.
