Excellent video man this help solve my question. I also have the Hat Style rim on my 49 Ford 8N. Anyways long story short I needed a new rear tire . So I took it to the tire shop, they took it apart, they said I needed a new rim, the guy in the office sort of had a smirky attitude, told me it's probably going to cost me a pretty penny to find a rim lol. So hat Style rim to the loop style will work?
Dan Spears thanks for watching ! Yes, hat fits the loop, go to 7:57 in the video where I talk about making it seat correctly. I have a hunch all the old timers who knew this information on what to do either died before youtube or they don’t have anyone to film their knowledge. I came about this through trial and error.

The rim is made by Titan Manufacturing and is written right on the rim and it is a 10 inch rim. The old one would be a 9 inch rim.
I had not gotten to the part where you say it is a 10 inch rim.
@@joebrunette5594 it’s ok there’s tons of critics on TH-cam who don’t make their own videos but thanks for watching
