    My knees are blessed 🙌 I have knee issus recently and very tight hip flexor so I appreciate all the low impact workouts 🙂

    Oh my goodness if I didn’t love you enough already Heather!! I was feeling so defeated because I couldn’t do the push ups and was about to give up and looked up to see you modifying them!! Thankful for a “trainer” who is so real! I may not can do the push-ups but you’ve made a world of difference in my life over the past year. Thank you!!

    This workout was bittersweet for me. Seeing your fur baby help you out warmed my heart. My special needs kitty disappeared a week and a half ago and he was my work out buddy. He always wanted to be under my feet all the time. I miss him so much. Thank you for another amazing work out, Heather and thank you for allowing me to to open my heart. 🐈‍⬛💝

    Just returned from daycare coverage for grandchildren ... which do provide quite the workout ... but they're no match for me 'cause I'm in top shape because of HR ... which is a win-win in my book ... Thanks HR !!!

    Thank u Heather Robertson so much!!! I love, love this one. Please make more full body strength workouts without cardio please. I am adding this to my favorites and doing it a few times a week. I need to do more strength. I do a lot of hiit and cardio. I need more strength training. Burned 231 calories from just strength and no cardio. Thanks again Heather

    This was great. Being able to repeat the moves helped me to scale my weights. I did the first round light just to make sure I had correct form and go to heavier weights for rounds 2 and 3. Thanks so much for sharing these workouts with us!

    I was getting frustrated with myself when I had to drop to my knees halfway through the pushups and leg lift..until I looked up and saw Heather doing the same. It's amazing, honestly, to see someone I look up to so much also struggle with some of the moves--but also to see her always keep going, even if she has to modify, take a tiny breather, etc. Giving it your all doesn't always mean you're going to be able to do everything perfectly, and Heather's workouts always help remind me of that.

    Honestly I got emotional at the end cause you have changed my life , i started to do your videos since October and i haven't stopped not even 2 days ,I'm excited every day to do the workouts . Being far from home,isolated and with this pandemic you just make my life better I swear to God,you are a blessing ,you push me to keep going non stop and my resistance had improve so much ,I'm so strong now ,my body looks freaking amazing,i gained confidence,i lost kilos i gained when I got covid ,i even try to do workouts during covid 🤣 but was not good idea haha. I have a cat also and makes me smile when I see yours cause mine comes around same as yours when I'm starting my workouts. I just love you girl,really ,your existence was necessary in this world ,from the bottom of my heart thank you for each day putting the effort for us ❤️ god bless you

    12 week program 4.0 made me love 3 sets of everything. After doing it twice im revisiting old workouts that have 3 sets of everything. Its amzing to see how far and dtrong we've gotten. TY HR ❤❤

    The thing about heather's dumbbell workouts is that i dont have to run a marathon to feel my heart on my throat like daaamn. My knees thank you and I honestly prefer low impacts now because I dont feel like rushing on the movement. You actually motivate me to workout everyday bec the movements are so simple and not so intimidating except the push up part 🤣 im still working on that 😁 Thank you so much Heather ❤️✨

    I alternated between 10/15 lb sets and single 25lb. That was a strong workout I loved it~ Low impact but definitely strength building! Thank you Heather! Active cal 220.

    I didn't want to do a Heather Robertson workout today. But subconsciously I just started perusing her videos as usual as per my need, opened this one and completed it. I did the wall version of her one leg raise push ups. ❤ Thanks H for this video. Oh and definitely I don't use the same weights as her. :)

    Just another big thank you, Heather. Love this workout. When I started doing your videos 16 months ago, I could not do 1, that's right, 1, real push up. Now I'm fitter and stronger than ever at 42 years old (though I still couldn't quite complete all three sets of the push up & leg lift combo ha ha...those were KILLER!). THANK YOU!!

    My first day exercising in a big whileee, have to regain my strength. I'm a skinny girl wanting to develop my muscles! I had to exclude the dumbbells and simplify some of the movements to finish the whole workout! Gotta be back and hope i could do the complete one sooon

    I finally graduated from "I hate working out," to "I hate working out but I feel even worse if I don't so Imma workout rn, wait am I seriously looking forward to it!?" Been working out with you since Nov 2020 and you've made it SO EASY!! First the 7 day to try it out, then the 12 week (which was insane I've never completed a program that long) and now monthly. I bought powerblocks back in Dec and it's incredible how when I first started I could only use 6-9lb, and now I'm at the 15-18lb range. Never been this strong before!! Thank you so much Heather!!

    doing this workout after 2-3 months. definitely feel stronger than when I first did this.

    Love compound movements they're my fave! Enjoyed this workout only dumbbells without the added cardio, however as most people know you still get cardio lifting weights.❣️ Heather, Great as always!

    OMG..The last squat swing & hop was tough & fun..worrying my dumbell will fall...what a multitask...thanks..love the slow simple move
