The mashed potato is the least vital, because while it adds a wonderful flavor and texture to the dish, its not indispensable. So what Line got wrong was the least bad option.
Temperature plays a huge part, letting the chicken not go cold helps it cook faster. It's like of course the frozen chicken (Just as an example do not fry frozen chicken you will start a fire) would take longer to cook over one that's had time to soften up. You want the breast if boneless for instance to be floppy and below 15-30 degrees of the room. If you temp chicken before hand you will know which ones are gonna be colder and then therefore take longer to cook. I hope I helped some of you out! I used too be a chef, no school. But I learned a lot. And I'm still learning. I love answering questions so I'll do my best!
Honestly, this one almost made me tear up a bit when Michael left, i knew straight when i saw his raw chicken leg, he was gonna be sent home but he was literally one of the best chefs i have ever seen and his humour just lighted up the kitchen like no else did, truly a heartbreaking exit but a wonderful journey that he will remember for a lifetime, it was an honor to see you cook Michael 🫡🫡🫡

Simple because they took this journey. But, Are they recognized? Or do they just go home as home cooks? To try to improve their cooking skills?
I'm not going to lie, whenever I fry something like chicken katsu, I like to fry it and then put it in the oven on a rack so it can finish cooking, that way it remains juicy
I watched this so many times cuz it’s so entertaining to watch and i just kinda liked it, the first time that i have ever watched was Michael’s Journey, I was he’s biggest supporter and this kinda made me emotional, i want cry but I can’t cuz my mom was by my side lol, but I am so proud of Michael and hope he’s having his journey to be a Professional Chef in a kitchen, Im pretty sure that all of his loved ones and friends are very proud of Michael, If you see this comment Michael, I wish you the best and I hope you’re having a great time in your adventure right now.
