that was like the best teaching of oil change ever ROBIN change it oil my life I'm 53 I'm a certified mechanic that was very explanatory to do this for a living as a teacher. The stabilizers are important. If you love, your vehicle are usually put a fuel stabilizer in first, then fill the tank, but really doesn't make a whole lot of difference as long as the tank is full. I'm looking for your other videos I love watching videos about vehicles. Have a beautiful blessed day.👍🏻👍🏻💥
I came to say the same thing! But it us good practice to check tranny fluid when you change the motor oil!!! Great video. Just bought that Gen of a suburban and wasn't sure if it was the same as my old silverado. Great video!
Thankyou! I’ve never changed my oil and with needing to save money I’m excited to do it myself and the steps were really clear and easy to understand Thankyou thankyou Thankyou
@Zoro-xc9ew If your car,suv or truck is low to the ground I would suggest using one, but if you have enough space to get under then I don't think you need one.

Not sure if you realized but you checked the transmission fluid. The oil dipstick is the yellow one by the cap where you put the oil in.
Yes thank you, a buddy of mine mentioned it to my about 1 month ago haven't had time to edit it but will do. Thanks for watching 👍

Thank you for the video, very clear and straight to the point. Also thanks for the added tips on the stabilizer!
Cheers
If i have a stubborn oil filter and filter wrenches i have don't work, i just pierce the old filter with a screwdriver and twist it out-just a tip.
I have a 16 Tahoe and I was thinking of adding oil stabilizer but I deleted 4 cylinder mode so it only runs 8
“Dex-o” love it! 😂 great video man
Thanks really appreciate it 👍
U didn’t fill your oil filter before installing 😮
Awesome video, dude, thanks for taking the time to make it.
My pleasure I hope this video helped you.
Are you sure it is good idea to use thick oil stabilizer on engine with afm?
AFM?
@Hankersonphotography active fuel management. (Cylinder deactivation)they getting stuck and destroying the engine
That Lucas is great stuff. I also add a pint of marvel mystery oil..
Very professional, thank you
i never used a oil stabilizer on any of my cars and had no issues. Also i use a non dexos oil and the car is still running fine.
I started using the oil stabilizer about 5 years ago people say it Extends the life of your oil a bit longer thats all.
I like to use a fuel stabilizer first and filter tank. It really doesn't make any difference but you must fill the tank.
Cual dado es para quitar el tornillo
Yo use el dado 16 metrico
I've never used a stabilizer but I will now. So the last quarter doesn't have to be oil, if the stabilizer is used?
Yea that's how I have used it and I haven't had any issues with my suv.
If you still have her , how many miles does she have now and have you had any major repairs and what is your usual maintenance routine

One question man , does these steps work with a 2020 Tahoe
I believe it does, or it should be very similar to it.
One question? Why u checking the transmission fluid I'm soo confused here.
Yea I figured that out after I posted the video my mistake.
6:10pm I live in Florida and there's no way any 0w20 can be able to hold up with this heat. Especially in a V8 5.3L!!
