I don't believe that no-one saying this but the actor is "Vesa-matti Loiri" and he had probably hundreds of roles as a comedian. He was also a singer and good at that.
That last one was actually finnish language joke based on double meaning of the word "pitää" which means "to like" or "to hold on" so even if I explained the joke it wouldn't be funny in other languages

His name is parody of Jean-Claude Pascal, Since Pascal sounds like "Taking a dump" in Finnish. Hence Jean-Pierre Kusela. "taking a pee."
They planned to have a tour, together:" Pascal and Kusel".
The sketch is that he was to demostrate how to laugh correctly ín comedy shows.
