People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care! So very very true. Many ways to be likable, just having a conversation about their property, landscape, pets, area of pride really means a lot to clients.
Getting an LLC is fairly easy. It's marketing and obtaining clients that's probably the hardest part about running a business. If you do enough research you'll be able to have an official business within a week
