I have a question Mr bubbles I am in the process of building a soft wash system I bought a 3/4 soft wash depot manifold but I am unsure on what size plumbing I should use for my 12v system should I use 3/4 or 1/2?
That is exactly what softwashing was made for actually; dowstreaming only works really well on vinyl siding and plastic/PVS surfaces. For everything else, use softwashing and it will work great for you. You just have to know, and judge, the percentages and strength of chemical at that point.

Do you use normal pressure washing hose for your 12volt softwash system? Or do you use something like a flexilla garden hose?
We use an ar45 roof pump not a 12 volt system, and our hose is 5/8...blue commercial grade softwash hose.
What soft wash pump do you use? I have a 5.3 gpm remco and it will barley push water through the Red gun, are the blue and the red the same?
In order to maximize the output of your system you need to install a booster pump, or accumulator to your rig. This will be a game changer for you!

3/4 for sure, you wanna get as much water flow as possible. What's the GPM on your pump? is it connected to a booster pump?
