Lemon Tea Party is so cute!! Ugh I need to invest in a candle croc, I’m so used to my candle lamp. Do you think there’s a huge difference between the two?
I think the biggest difference is that the crock fully liquifies the candle versus the lamp is typically only the top portion. I like the crock because I don't need to dump wax but it takes longer to fully melt😅
With Kay Scented Wax, you should use two to three cubes. Warm 2 as a minimum and then let me know what your thoughts are. Usually with vendor wax, you want to use a minimum of 0.5 ounce to 1 ounce to melt. I believe the clam shell for Kay is around 2.5 ounces.
@CandleNurse This is very informative! Thanks Emily! I have another scent on right now but once that's done I'll switch back and try 2 cubes this time😊
That sweetheart cherry candle sounds so good! My cat recently broke one of my old goose creek candles. I was planning to transfer it to a used bbw candle. Nice video!:)
@graciescozyscents9691 thanks Gracie😊 bit it'd unfortunate to hear one of your older Goose Creeks broke! I hope it's not too bad transferring it to the empty jar🤞🤞
How do you clean your wax dish? Do you soak up the was when it's melted with cotton balls and then rub alcohol on the dish or do you scrape the hardened wax out and then clean it?
@Hayesel83 Once the smell is pretty much gone, I warm it enough (not fully melted) to pick it up and trash the wax. Then, the little bit of melted wax, I wipe it with a cotton ball or a paper towel. It hasn't gotten stained so no alcohol yet. Some people also do the freezer trick with the dish but that is a bit iffy for me (even with candles lol).
Thanks for sharing friend! ❤ love the sparkles in the lemon tea party wax tart!
I was worried it would stain the plate but thankfully it did not💛💛
Thank you so much for the feedback!!
Thank you! It I'd a very delicious scent🍋🍰
