Will Electric Fence Keep The Coyotes Out?

In this video we run a strand of high tensile wire on the outside bottom of our perimeter fence. This portion of the fence is probably our highest risk area on the property for predator's to come in. By putting the wire as close to the ground as possible (about 2 to 3 inches) hopefully the critter will get a zap if they try to go under the fence.
Other methods of predator control that we have is a strand of barbwire at the top of the fence and also a strand of high tensile on the inside of the fence about 12 inches up. Hopefully we will have a livestock guardian dog in the future.
