Found out a few years ago that any Shellfish Shell that touches my Lips will make them Swell. So always Remove and rinse before Cooking and Never have that problem again.
Given that I have over 100 bulbs of garlic growing in my winter/spring garden, I’m a yes on using a whole bulb on something like this. I also do that with steaks, tenderloin, etc… infuse it in butter with some herbs… the angels sing.
This has to be the simplest dish Sam has ever made in the channel but I'm guessing the quality of those shrimp is amazing and not to be messed with. Yum!

I'm cool with soft shell crab but I draw the line if shrimp are involved. The shells get used for making stock and then they go into the compost heap out back for the garden. But hey, whatever floats your boat. You're in Hawaii, how about some coconut shrimp kabobs with pineapple and veggies on the grill. A spread that nice gotta have a grill in the yard by the pool, no?
Mexican Lasagna (Can you try) Ingredients: 2lbs ground beef 28oz Tomato sauce 1 cup ea Diced tomatoes and green chillies 1 can red kidney beans 1 cup sliced olives 1 onion diced small 1 large bell pepper diced small 1 1/2c mushrooms diced. Optional 1 Lrg bag Mexican blend cheese 1/3c Taco seasoning split 4- 12" flour Tortillas (2 cut in half) Directions: Cook ground beef and add half of taco seasoning. Combine all other ingredients except tortillas and cheese in large bowl with remaining seasoning. Layer ingredients in 9x13 pan. Start with mixture then cheese and then tortillas (one whole and 2 halves to create layer). Repeat and finish with mixture layer and cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 25-30min.
Once went to Yum Cha and ordered the garlic chilli prawns and they came with the shell on. As I'm slowly peeling them a trolley lady in probably her late 70's stopped me and gave me a lecture/lesson on how to eat them properly and have never had them any other way since...
I LOVE garlic shrimp. There's a restaurant in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada called G & P's (I always said it stood for Garlic Palace, but it's the owners' names) that has scrumptious garlic shrimp 🍤 😋 with a touch of white wine. I would not be able to eat shells as they would get caught in my constricted esophagus. What a lovely place to eat garlic shrimp 🌴

Pizza Crust Tomato Sauce Alfredo Sauce Diced Grilled Chicken Mozzarella Cheese Parmesan Cheese Bacon Crumbles Roasted Garlic Ricotta Cheese Red Pepper Flakes Italian Seasoning The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning. I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

I love garlic I once ate some French bread that had 50 cloves of garlic on it yum. Plus no shells!
