Although Mr. Patrick Obahiagbon seems like a rather nice and educated gentleman, his mis-pronounciation of some of the English and Latin words in his speech does take the wind out of the sails of his otherwise well put together sentences for me. His Dipthongs, Tripthongs, poor enunciations, vowel and consonant mis-pronuncements and stresses are offensive to the sensitive ear of any decent speaker of the English language! The honourable Mr. Patrick Obahiagbon will do well to spend some time studying how to properly pronounce words from the Oxford English Dictionary. It will certainly make his speeches alot more interesting with added zest and will be taken much more seriously as he rightly deserves to be!!!! From a concerned fellow West African. Thank you!
There's no problem with him. I love his speeches. Some English words are derived from latin. And we are proud of our accents because it shows our heritage.
