Jérôme Loreau i've never riden a bandit so i don't know how it compares to it. I think the gsxs accelerates very quick, maybe not so much in the low revs but it dosn't matter because the bike will make you want to stay in high revs and you won't care any more about what happens in the low onse.

what do you suggest, suzuki gsx s750 or s1000?
