Why would they fire you. This is known as role transition m for role transition you don't give an interview. There are many many other things that you need to do in order to do that. There are clearly defined guidelines for it.
Again, this statement assumes that teir 3 guys aren't smart. That's just wrong. There are equally smart guys in tier 3 colleges as well, if not more. Obviously my statement doesn't mean that everybody can get. What I mean is college doesn't play a role for international offers. 😊

Nope not true. There are two types of L1 VISA. L1a and L1b. What you are talking about is L1a. Under L1b anyone with specialized knowledge can get a transfer. Which includes any employee of these companies.

Nope. You will not be able to change companies. What companies do, is as soon as you enter, you start the VISA conversion process to H1B. Once that goes through you will be free to change companies, otherwise you can apply for GC, and if you get it then you are literally free to do whatever you want to.
What would be the rough CTC difference between an SDE2 who transfers from Google and Amazon India to Bay area? Asking because you mentioned Amazon gives extra stocks and JB on transfer too, whereas Google doesn't afaik.
You can definitely get transferred via Cisco. But the number is way too less. You need to justify a string business use case in these companies to get transferred there.

Using acoustic foam on walls & roof , so that sound waves get absorbed. 3. In Post Production by using any Professional Audio editing software. 👍🏻

Yes that is correct. The tc difference for the first two years will be about 60-100K yearly.
