TC changes drastically when you enter above SDE-III specially for Senior or Staff Engineer. Beating Google and Amazon India TC becomes extremely difficult for other Tier-1.

RSU har saal CTC ka part hote hai like....agar 1 lakh RSU hai CTC ka part to first year me 25% aur next year me 25% pichle saal ke ctc se + is baar ke CTC ke 25%. Correct me if I am wrong.

I personally feel CTC should be only the money that employee is assured of during his first year of work . Some companies pay variables divided by 4 years ....10% in first 40% in 4th this is all up only to make big figures on page for CTC ... practically in hand will be comparatively lesser.

Same as you pay on income, as for the companies mentioned in video all have income higher than 15lpa so u will pay 30% tax on everything

So do we have to compulsorily work in the companies for 4 years?
Do they have options for 2 years?
I think that's mean you can not withdraw till 4years
