Not everything is for everyone! With that said, as a trainee you must assimilate. The JCF with its rank and file structure where instructions are given from the top down. By your own words you are outspoken and does not easily subscribe to training. As such you were never likely to become a disciplined and well rounded police officer. You are young with a great future ahead. Here is a gem.You will not win all your battles therefore you must choose wisely. Goodluck.
Wow very contentious , while there are issues in the JCF they also require a measure of discipline and conformity from the recruits. In any military, para military or police disobedience and challenges to authority is frowned upon.
Even as i citizen a if theres a situation that involves police they want have last talk and bi am a out spoken person i had meetings with police before and they have to dismiss from the meeting at least 2 different times am not a yes man , them lie yf.
I understand what you are saying but thy was building you for what to come outside because these streets are not easy....sometimes we got to relax because no where going to be easy....
