The Reason I Resigned from the JCF👮🏾🚓🚨🇯🇲🌱

Full Breakdown of my Experience during my 4 Months of Police Training.
Was Blackballed and place on Station Guard Duty for (1) one month for speaking up for my squad, was later left on Parade to stand longer while the rest of the batch got the opportunity to go to their quarters and got ready to go to bed. I was going through a lot, the environment is an authoritarian type of leadership that exhibit a full level of control over aspiring force applicants/recruits. You have to have the will of God to servive all the rough roads that you will face, worst in a situation if you are being blocked from growth, similar to what I have experience.
This is my story, JCF Police Training 2024.

She nuh finish train so how she ago qualify fi transfer smh . This girl had the wrong concept of the training smh see she complaining about how they talk to her in training but she put out her post and still disrespecting the people who pass negative comments.The reason why they handle you that way in training is because you ago come in contact with these same scenarios in the streets of violent Jamaica and it can save you from prison lol you know how much "suck you madda and batty boy or lesbian" people go fling in your face a street so if you know how to keep your cool in training school its a bonus in the streets
