Great Video, solved my two problems, I was able to recalibrate Level and fine position control, mostly. The manual had nothing clear and detailed as this video on these two items. My D360 is now flyable once again. Thanks so much, your the best!

I got the holystone H120D for xmas last year. It's been in the box waiting for spring to fly it. For some reason I can't get it started. It a brand new quad totally unblemished. I've flown drones before, but can't get this thing off the ground. It calibrates fine, but when I go to start the motor nothing happens. I believe I'm following the instructions properly., but nothing. I was so frustrated that I purchased the syma featured in the video and got it today. I'm sure I have better luck with this one, but I really want to fly that HS. Any ideas? Thanks!

hi eric, i tried to do this, but the minute i try to push my throttle to the right, the blades try to spin and take off. it does not enter the reset mode. any recS?
Can you tell me where the ZL SG700 drone is supposed to return to once you please the return button. Mine flew straight passed me into the house behind me. I am not game to try it again without knowing where it should be going. Any advice would be appreciated.
Talking about trim...one of my trim is neither being displayed on lcd nor i hear a beep on adjusting. All other three trims are good. How do i figure this out?

Hi, i have a Syma X5SW . And one of the electric motors turn it self on when i connect the battery ( runs all the time). It happen after a crash . When i turn the controller on and the drone on , the three other motors work fine and as it made to . . But the last one looks like it lives its own life. It just turns arounde all the time. I have too remove the battery for it too stop. I have tested with a other motor . But i get the same problem.
Eric, had a old SYMA X 55w drone, purchased a new remote due to battery corrosion. I tried all to pair the remote with the aircraft and it will not pair. Any help please? Yes its fully charged, new batteries
Mine won’t do it my controller is a little different then yours in the bottom screen part is opposite of yours where the circle set of buttons are on the left and the 3 vertical buttons are in the right you will probably never see this but do you have any idea?
One of my trim buttons is broken, but it's all the way trimmed to one side and can't trim back. Is there a hard reset for the controller?

Mine hovers bout 6" off ground now. Will not climb. When I let off throttle the lights will flash and it won't fly until I turn it all off and reconnect the remote again.
Batteries charged on X5SW and new in Controller. X5SW flashes lights rapidly and won't bind to Controller, any suggestions for me? I appreciate your Videos....

the drone s89 is not flying, so i want to do factory reset but the drone is not resetting. I pressed the throttle lever and the directional lever at the same time which I angled to the button right corner but the drone is not factory resting. Pls any help!!!

I bought this drone and mine came with this cheapo white toy grade controller. Does anyone have any suggestions because the white controlled does not have a screen to see the trim settings. My drone almost every time takes off with a drift to the right. When I try to reset it the thing takes off and the right stick controls are back ward. Reverse is forward and left is now right. I have not been able to set the trim period. Does anyone have an answer?

When I tried to do that my light kept blinking and not stopping and lost connection with the remote. Every time I turn it on the remote shows connected but the drone light is blinking and not connecting to the remote. Now how do it connect my remote to the drone?

I went to recalibrate my drone & transmitter and once the levers were down & to the right the fast blinking started..BUT THIS TIME IT DOESN'T STOP!!!
The drone keeps blinking fast NO MATTER WHAT I DO!!!
I've turned it off and then on again... even unplugged the battery & re-plugged it back in and still NOTHIG: all it does is blink fast and be TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE!!!

How do I fix my drone when it does not calibrate with the controller?
the lights on my drone will start flashing for about one second and then they will shut off. this keeps repeating until i turn the power off and i’m not sure what is wrong. all of the wires are plugged in, the drone is fully charged, and it’s fully calibrated. the camera works just fine it’s just the drone that won’t work. i’m not sure what to do and i don’t want to have to buy another one because mine is brand new.
How can i calibrate with the other remote control the white one it looks basic

Thank you. I took mine to a sports field to try, but it kept flipping over on take off. I tried both sticks out both sticks in. I wish I knew it was both sticks bottom right. It fixed my problem.
What does it mean when you power up the X5SC and all leds are blinking fast. I try to bind the remote, (The remote beeps and the light on the remote goes steady) but the Syma keeps on flashing. It's not doing it now, but when I was in the field it would keep on doing it. This was my first outdoor flight. I had flown it indoors successfully so I knew it wasn't faulty (originally).
I bet its low batterie power, try recharging your batteries before you go out (dare I say it?) flying? the li-po batterie don't hold their charge very well when getting past there sell by date's! as every " USB re-charge" take its toll on them unless you have a very pricy li-po batterie charger, and not the cheap crap "USB, beat the crap out of your batteries" charger that comes with the bird!
I tried that trick and on the second time to re-calibrate it just keeps blinking and not starting

It'll work the same way as the Syma X5C. I believe the Syma beep or flashes while in headless mode.

You're welcome. Yes, it had headless mode. It's the top left button. You'll have to press it for 2 seconds. On page 10 of the manual you'll find more instructions - www.symatoys.com/upload/201609/13/201609131500596655.pdf

Hi Eric. Thanks for the instruction on resetting. I have the same drone, I flew it inside and must have knocked one of the motors. I replaced it this morning. Now the blades on the right hand side don't turn as fast as the left hand side ones, so when it takes off the drone just flips to the right. Not sure how to get it flying again...
Found the problem. The motors are specific diagonally, and so are the blades! Should be working fine now. One more question, is it possible to put the LiPo batteries into parallel, to increase the flight time? Or does each battery have a volt and amp regulator which wouldn't work in parallel?
The easiest way to increase flight time would be to go with a higher mAh lipo. These are 750mAh - amzn.to/2oYsCu8
I'm not sure about adding the batteries in parallel. I've heard of people doing that on larger hobby grade drones, but not these smaller ones.
I have this exact drone, and right now my biggest problem is that it keeps flying straight left by itself with the camera facing forward whenever I fly it. I don't know what to do. and it's not me using the toggle on the left
You probably already did, but have you put in enough right trim to get it to hover in place? Also, check the blades to make sure they spin freely, sometimes hair will get stuck and cause one blade to spin slower.

My Syma x8, the yaw and roll have swapped sides from the left stick to the right stick and vise versa.
That happens when you switch modes. Look at the screen and find the button that changes the mode and you should be good to go.

Not going full throttle might be a battery issue. I'm not sure how to reset the SHRC drones, but try pulling both the left and right sticks to the bottom and towards each other. Hold it for 15 seconds. If that doesn't work, try down and away from each other.

Try this. Sometimes the order in which you turn on the quadcopter/remote makes a difference. Try turning the remote on first, then the quad, then putting the throttle all the way up and then down. Then turn the quad on first... Make sure to bind it within 30 seconds. Let me know if that helped.

Try reset ur transmitter by turn off the transmitter/push up the trim pitch(hold) turn on the transmitter after that move the throttle up and down while holding the trim pitch
Tried it drone never recalibrated. Nor was flashing being calibrated.
