Dona Nobis Pacem is a tense psychological thriller about the limits of human morality as a man is questions about his motives justifying a murder. The truth is revealed during an intense police interrogation. Which side of morality do you land on?

After a couple years of this being stuck in production hold due to financial hardship, Dona Nobis Pacem is now my latest film.
Dealing with heavy themes, this dialogue driven piece clashes two opposing worlds together as Actaeon justifies a horrific murder after the discovery of an even more horrific occurrence; Detective Time reminds him of the reality that they live in under the systems in place.
Delving deep into darker elements of human nature and the barriers of limited consciousness, Actaeon confesses against a world he no longer recognizes; time stolen, morals lost.
Being very much reflective of the psychology of what I had been grappling with and explored during my college days, telling this story helped me actualize and express them, furthering my understanding of the human condition and the stories I wish to continue telling.
Dona Nobis Pacem is thematically quite similar to my last major short film, re:attachment, and in fact part of the same universe as one total proof of concept piece. Stay tuned for the final entry - Manic Man.
