I remember your first car wash using a rag, bucket and Dawn dishwashing soap. You were 6 years old and dried the car using Mom's good bath towel. You've come a long way since then! I admit I was worried when you decided not to go to college. But everything always works out perfect, you're a Gates! Thank you to Jeff and Carolyn for their support, kindness and giving you the opportunity to grow. I'm proud of you and looking forward to your next adventure.
    Love you, Dad

I’ll admit this was tough to watch. Levi is one of the most genuinely decent human beings I’ve ever met. I’m sad he’s leaving but he deserves all the success he’s certain to experience in the future. Every wonderful personal experience I’ve had with TRC was because of Levi and I wish him and his family all the best as they begin this exciting new chapter. He earned my trust as just a TRC customer but I’m happy and proud to call him my friend.

Levi, I think it's safe to say you'll be deeply missed around here. You've truly left your mark, and that impact will never fade. Wishing you all the best as you start this exciting new chapter-I have no doubt you'll continue spreading your positivity and making waves wherever you go. It's hard to believe we first crossed paths just months after you joined TRC. What a wild ride it’s been watching everything unfold. Best of luck, and can’t wait to see what comes next for you

I'm so proud of you Levito, you are putting you familia first. So many wonderful comments from people you have helped. Thank you for suggesting I work at TRC during the pandemic, it filled my heart to see you daily. Thank you to all the employees at TRC for being so friendly and respectful. God blessed you with the knowledge on detailing cars. Your dad and I detailed cars for extra $ and you watched and learned at a very young age.
    I love you, mom💞

From Rags to Real Life. Admittedly I occasionally watch vids from The Rag Company but almost always , like many other channels on TH-cam I get distracted and cut the video short. This particular video was comparable to water and air, the need to watch Levi expose his wonderful and very human essence was something we can all sure use more of. Be well on your life's quest Levi. Hallelujah.

I am still trying to come to terms with Levi, no longer being at TRC. He has taught myself and many others, not only how to be amazing detailers, but be an amazing person. I've been listening to the TRC podcast since episode 1 in 2017. The LAD's (Levi, Anthony, Dane) really made the viewer welcome , as if you were in the room with them. Being along for the ride through speakers and a screen, seeing the individual and business growth of the LAD's over seven years is something i'll forever hold dear. Through the progression of Levi's time at TRC, he was incredibly open with sharing so much about his family life, trials and tribulations in business and speaking on the good and the bad in the detailing world. Being fortunante enough to have met him in person, get an infamous Levi hug, rides in Ragnarok and experiencing his candid self is unforgetable. Leaving the treasure valley after a long 900+ years can't be easy, I can only imagine the departure was not an rash decision. You need to do what's best for you and your family. Levi, I wish you and your family nothing but success . TRC will not be the same without you, but I can't wait to see your next chapter.

    Love you lots buddy

The first time I wish the thumbnail was click bait 😥. Levi taught me so much about microfibre towels that I don't let any other brand touch my cars. And he got me into rinseless wash which I've been doing for years now. The TRC podcast was incredibly helpful during the pandemic and I truly enjoyed following TRC here since 2017. Massive thank you to you and the crew. God bless you in your future endeavours and keep growing, TRC! 🇬🇧

Levi, this completes an era of such sublime joy and enrichment that we have all been so blessed to experience along with you, thanks to your podcasts and videos. I've said it before, and it bears repeating; if it weren't for your early videos with Yvan, and the podcasts with Dane and Anthony, I would not have ventured into the arena of starting my own detailing business! You and the guys have been the brothers I never had, and I shall miss greatly your presence in the upcoming media offerings from TRC; however, I shall also look forward with eager anticipation to find out what new horizons you are endeavoring to conquer! Thanks for the precious memories, my friend, and may God Bless you and your dear family!
    Respectfully,
    Ed

Levi's glowing words about the company ring true in the fact that they allowed he and the crew to do a farewell video, I'm sure many of us have left a job/company/corp that would rather get you out the door and find your replacement faster than you could pack your things. They gave you the runway to address the community and some closure, so to speak, to this chapter of your career. Therapeutic for you to some degree and information for the fans Thanks for the memories Levi and TRC!!!

Levi, dude. What an awesome farewell video. I work with a buddy of mine at the happiest place on earth. I told him about the Rag Company a few years ago. We both go way back in detailing. Both had our own businesses. Anyway, he told me about this video that you had posted. Wow, as bitter sweet, and sucks to see you leave the Rag Company. But as family and life long friendships go. They never go away. I called you guys one time, and I had a questions about detailing towels, and you answered the phone. I thought that was cool as s***! I'm so glad that you going somewhere within the industry. You know what they say, love what you do, and do what you love. Good luck to you and your family. I know we will see you around. Man, I got teary eyed t\at the end there. I have a good friend that lives in Meridian. When I do come there, I'll shoot over to Boise. and visit TRC. I don't know If I will be able to meet anyone, but we will see. Take care Levi, and see you soon. All of you guys are awesome. I can relate to your story. Quite inspirational. Bye for now. I haven't really followed ya'll as deeply as some of these other people. I didn't even know there was a podcast. But about a year or two ago, I made the decision to start taking care off my car a lot better than I used to. I was always afraid and intimidated by it tbh because I knew there was lots of stuff to know to properly take care of the paint, etc. Not only have your videos really helped make it easy to understand, but I only buy my supplies from you guys because you have everything I'd ever need and are somewhat local to me. I like supporting a small (not so small anymore) business! Thanks Levi, I'll be buying some microfibers in honor of you this weekend haha. I need some more soap!

    I'm not crying! You're crying!
That was beautiful honestly. You guys have come so very far - and without a doubt have created a beautiful thing. What I've always loved about The Rag Company is it genuinely feels like a family - like what you said a bunch of goofy normal people doing something special that they love. It clearly is special. That you all have created this thing where you educate people about the wonders of towels - like literally towels - and it's truly interesting and special, is amazing. There are no other microfiber towels in my house or garage and it's not because they're trendy or some brand ambassador says I have to use them. It's because even at your size it is like I'm buying from family. And on top of that it's family creating the BEST product in it's class in multiple forms, and still keeping prices incredibly reasonable.
But it's the soul represented so fully in this video that truly describes this company. You will surely be missed.

WTH, now I feel guilty for not attending a QA podcast for the past year, just been insanely busy with work, Levi’s probably responsible for 60% of the over all detailing knowledge I know compared to every other detail guru put together, not even kidding but there was a point in time where I was copping mountain dews during my biweekly washes 🤣thanks for answering all my quirky questions on the all the podcasts last year and the year before cheers man off to bigger and better things! - JP

Good luck on your new adventure, sir don’t be a stranger, I was detailing cars as a kid in the early 90s and it just so happened that my dad work down the street from P&S products in Hayward California, at that time the father was running the company, but my dad was able to bring home all these cool products, but the quality was just astronomical. I still remember the first day Pop brought home Coinites 845 I hated the product, but I didn’t know how to use it with the Internet. I know how to use the product by warming it up and putting it on in a thin coat Again, this was the early 90s the Internet really wasn’t a thing so trying other companies products were difficult there was a detailing supply shop in Hayward.

I have watched probably every q&a Thursday for 3 years since I found TRC. We never met, but I feel like I knew you. Congratulations on your new chapter. Hopefully, there is a plan try to fill the void. Truly classy that they let Levi say goodbye and what a great story it was. Good luck!

Levi, you and the Rag Company have made such an impact on me! Being a grambassador years ago and getting to know y’all, was so memorable. As a company, such all around excellence. As people, even more stellar. I know this video was probably really hard, so thank you for sharing. Can’t wait to see what you do next!
