Great sounding box. The drive sounds more like a pushed amp than what you usually hear in a pedal. The EQ is also very impressive. This company seems to have a very clear idea of what they're going for with each product. Each product is quite different sounding from the others, and they all sound excellent. Thanks for the demo.
YISS Dave is playing in drop A. I'm not the only one! That low A string is a heavenly thing in the hands of someone competent. Which is probably why Dave makes it sound incredible and I sound like garbage.
i definitely heard the potential of that box when you started spinning the knobs and the attention to that critical low mid area was really good because it was very clear there which is really important with the bass guitar and the drive blend is excellent. what would really make this box great is a nice sounding compressor, something that sort of mimics the dbx 160x style compression then this box would be incredible is a one box solution for computer recording.... or for showing up to a gig that already has a "whatever" amp.
I flipped back to the work I was doing with the sound of this playing in the background and then Bea ratcheted up the filth and I knew exactly what face he'd be making when I flipped back. His 'Yeah, that's filthy' face. ;oD
Would this pedal be capable of reproducing the tone on the track Never Again by Nickelback? I've always loved that tone, I know it was a bi amped Warwick Thumb NT5 into a mesa boogie and a Marshall guitar amp. I've tried all sorts to get that tone!
That's the kind of sound I like a lot. The bass overdrive that just tells you to fuck off. I use a Darkglass overdrive, pretty much cranked, and a bass wah to get the sound I like a lot.
Do you prefer a subscription based service or pay per track to license music? Would you prefer one over the other for vlogs or if you are making a video for a client?
i like the slimmer Rabea, the vegan diet seems to agree with you sir, and dave's new hair style fits him better than the dreads imho. great review guys. Rock On!
Rabea, you switch the toggles and turn the knobs just way too fast. Honestly, I don't think one can really hear the difference. As far as I've seen it usually works this way: you play a line, then change the setting, play the same and so on Otherwise different settings don't coincide with the same notes, and I just can't justly compare them Aside from that, a great vid!
Hulk Slayer my b7k arrived last week, damn, its a fucking nice pedal. It works wonders as a OD in front of a driven amp, enhancing the high mids you get a nice chimmey attack, it is pretty versatile, im going to try it as a DI soon. Cheers!

Dave and Bea together...just doesn't get much better than that!

Nice video guys! Also Rabea you look like a new man! Really inspiring what you've achieved! Cheers from sweden!
rabea, can you do a video on drum programming basics for guitarists?
he already made a good one a while ago on realisitic velocity's just look on his channel for it
Kesav Raju.... Bea has done a series of videos on superior drumming 2.0.... You can check them out on his channel
Can you do some Karnivool guitar covers? That'd be sick
The mike sounds great, as does the dave :)
Definitely getting this.

This is awesome! I think you guys have me sold on this.
That room mic sounds great, could just add a little de-esser after it.

Hey Rebea! would you try the b7k as a guitar pedal? I'm super curious to know how it reacts as a OD and as DI for guitar. Cheers from argentina
I did it, didn't sound too great
The Prince Of Persia how did you try it? As booster, DI or what?
tecnogadget2 Rob did with the B7K on "Does It Groove" on his channel with Dave. It sounded killer!

Hi
DAVE
Aston sounds good
How come the only cool headstock on a Chapman is on their bass... ;)
Frank Van Rijn I like the Rob Scallon headstock
DAVE!
$359 pounds?... ill just use my Sans amp Tech21 Bass driver DI , got it used for $170 canadian ;)
359 pounds is roughly 589 canadian , incase your wondering lmao
Get a used one. Darkglass pedals are amazing!
I'm gonna get some hate; This sounds like a cranked and overdriven Ampeg, like....want....refinancing mortgage!
Sorry dudes but some of this is nonsense
Stoooop talking!
Dave.
Dave.
