I got this set base station and cameras, but the email it was register in the base station doest exist anymore. Is there a way I can delete this email from the base station info to add another one? Well I ask because it refused to give me option.
Purchased the system from HSN ... not yet delivered but after reading the comment, I will return to HSN without opening ... So many items covered here that HSN sales people never covered or glossed over ... I'm kind of ticked at HSN but that is my fault ... won't be fooled again !
I haven’t been able the figure out how to change the distance it monitors. I don’t see it in the camera settings like the manual says it is. I remember selecting a distance at set up, though, so I wonder if I have to remove the camera from the app and add it again?
These cameras are horrible... battery life is barely 2 weeks (with 3-4 triggers per day, 10 seconds recording per trigger), it takes almost 10 seconds before the recording starts (so people can walk past the camera at their leasure and it won't even trigger), and regularly it takes 30-60 minutes for the trigger to be sent from the camera to the base station (and phone). And on the Kickstarter campaign for these cameras many backers are still waiting for their cameras (since 2018), even though VAVA is now clearly selling them in retail.
@Noel Nieves I've had my cameras (6) for more than a year now, and yes, the first two months or so they appeared to work well. I'm on the latest firmware and I am very familiar with the settings... no combination of settings will prevent this from happening. In fact, with the same settings, some weeks the cameras alert me almost immediately, and some weeks it's 30-60 minutes later. I've been in contact with VAVA customer support about this, and they take ages to reply, and when they finally do reply, the only thing they can recommend is to reset the cams to factory settings. Believe me, I've tried (multiple times) and it makes no difference at all.

Wish it shows battery life somewhere on the app or does it? Would be nice to know when to recharge it.

I like the fact that you can recharge the battery. I have Arlo and I really don't like how I have to buy batteries so often.

@Noel Nieves These sensitivity and range settings do not exist in the iOS app...
