The problem with these kinds of pasata dishes is that you get tempted to make an enormous portion and eat it all yourself. I would not be able to control myself if I made this. Looks fantastic Laura.

do you know if it re heats well i know they'll be left overs since it's just me eating it so hopefully it does
We all reheated it (we made a tonnn) and it did! I would say maybe reserve some fresh mozzarella to add after re-heating because that was on of our favorite parts!

I made it today, & we loved it! I added a little butter& a spoonful of chicken bouillon granules.
Its Spring here in New Zealand....I'm going to plant me some cherry tomatoes and basil IN MY GARDEN so I can enjoy this dish and share it with my family
