akshay malvi ji ! you are right. furthermore LTO doesn't need BMS ( battery management system ) for any 2 wheeler due to 'series connection of cells only'. BMS is needed in parallel cells or a combination of parallel & series connection.
so the cost is reduced ; increasing the scope for its trading business. furthermore if charging cycles is the main concern & not FAST charging - old charger will work fine.

The Seller notice me, that this Cells are very dangerous they have much engergie. Without a extra separation between this Cells they can get a short cut.

1) per cell cost 2800 + gst ya usse bhi much kam (in Delhi )
2) new charger ki koi jaroorat nahi agar fast charging nahi chahiye to. puraane charger se raat me charge kar lo.
3) KISI BHI
ELECTRIC 2 WHEELER
me agar LTO battery lagaaye to BMS (battery management system ) ki koi jaroorat nahi hoti.
BMS ki jaroorat hoti hai agar cell parallel me bhi lagi ho - Jo ki LTO me nahi lagti. ( reason - LTO cell continuous current de sakti hai 200 ampere tak & peak (maximum) current requirement bhi usse bahut kam hoti hai.
eg. a) Okinawa peak power 2500 watt, 72 volt - needs 35 ampere.
b) peak power 3000 watt, 72 volt - needs 42 ampere.
c) 500 watt motor, 48 volt, peak power 1500 watt -
needs max current - 31 ampere.
4) old cell ? difficult.
LTO cells usage started gaining popularity around 2014.
if someone charged twice daily for 5 years - 365× 2× 5 = 3650 cycles out of a life of say 10,000 cycles (not assuming 15000- 25000 cycles); there will not be many people selling them
