No it won't work bcoz aluminium will get contact with air and water it will rust your battery slowly and gradually and you have to change the complete battery frequently

both lithium and Aluminum should be used in ev's as hybrid. Aluminium batteries should be used as a spare with lithium/sodium batteries as the primary and Aluminium air batteries as a backup or secondary battery. Whether, this is a practical solution, well thats a different story.
if we install solar panels on the top of the car, the car battery can be charged during the travel as well as during kept in idle in a open place, due to which the car can be charged upto 40% by using solar power.please forward this suggestion to the companies, R&D.

According to my knowledge oxygen level is going down as time passes so if these batteries used oxygen from the atmosphere than what will happen to the oxygen density in the atmosphere. So clarity is required in this matter

I think its not better then which our indian 2 friends making batterie with coal n there life is 28 yrs n its giving 4 time more range in one charge and costing is half of lithium
bull shit.the big oil companies in india do not want to let go of their monopoly hence do not want recharghable energy storage to keep us dependant on them.There are better rechargable options available which will not make us dependant on the petrol pump companies to keep changing our batteries.
