Did this once in middle school. Was mainly a pitcher but did shortstop as well. Ball went to left fielder but he couldn’t throw at all. So I went for it and beamed it to home. Everyone called my arm the rocket after that
These are some great plays no doubt... But to me they don't compare to Jose Guillen's throw to third from the warning track , and Ken Caminiti's throw to first base from the sitting position.
I can't believe that this video doesn't show Bo Jackson totally hosing Harrold Reynolds. He played the carrom off the wall perfectly and threw a rocket to home.
Wild take. most professional athletes are faster and stronger than the average person in almost every way, it’s what they’re trained and conditioned to. Most of the time when they’re rounding the bases slower coming into home it’s either bc they’re tired from just sprinting 3 bases or think they will be safe and let up a bit of speed. while the mlb does have some bigger dudes than moth athletes, they are definitely still athletic
He said slowest athletes, he’s not talking about compared to the average person. Of course a professional athlete is going to be faster and more athletic than the average person, but I agree with him that MLB players are amongst the slowest athletes.
These are my favorite highlights. I was never able to throw a ball for shit and was always impressed with those who can.

At the 5:25 mark, it looks like indor was safe. Looked like the catcher
missed the tag. Gordon threw his ball with a parachute attached to it.
The Catchers , Awesome Tags
One of my favorite moments in baseball.

J Guillens throw was fantastic.

how can u not add ramon laureano?
Look up Ronald Acuña Jr 105, that throw to home was unreal, almost threw out the Phillies runner from the warning track, absolute missile to home
Roberto Clemente
Duane Kuiper got the best call
1:08 is illegal by the catcher
Not then it wasn't.
Great reel, but don’t clip them so short…give a couple of seconds to savor the throw before jumping to the next highlight…
Bat ball pitch catcher should be a position on raiders team
One hoped almost every throw and they weren't that far out in the outfield.
it’s because they keeping it on a line and not lobbing it
Bounce throw is taught. Easier for the catcher. Put a trash can at home plate and bounce it in there for practice.
Baseball should have new teams sundevils and raiders
Raider force
Raider Knight's
Bloopers and grounders shouldn’t count.Gimme Roberto C. Please
Center fielder strongest arm on field; payed for emergency throws out at home during playoffs
RF strongest arms
Compete for tie no one inning the easiest to strike then debate on
Guaranteed incase of emergency;
MLB players are the slowest athletes in the world. Strong. but Slow. yes. there are some very fast runners. but 90% of the league are slow.
